河南长润集团薪酬管理问题的研究

【摘要】:现如今薪酬管理已经成为每一个企业都需要开展的工作。在以前,许多企业不重视薪酬管理,第一个原因是由于中国人力资源充足,招募人员对于企业相对容易,企业没有像时下对人才争夺激烈;第二个原因,以前由于人力成本低廉,企业不会受到来自此方面太大的影响。但是近些年来市场环境却发生了巨大的变化,人口红利已经逐渐从中国消失,人力成本逐年上升,对于许多民营中小型企业来说想要留住人才、吸引人才为企业创造价值的成本越来越高了,间接导致企业的生意越来越难做了。所以,本文通过观察分析河南长润集团的薪酬管理制度,运用问卷调查、实地调研等研究手段,找出河南长润集团薪酬管理制度中存在的不足,对薪酬管理中存在的不足进行深入的研究和分析,并对河南长润集团现存的薪酬管理制度进行优化和设计,最终制定出一个符合集团自身的和具有可操作性的薪酬管理制度,河南长润集团可以运用改进后薪酬管理制度降低企业员工流失率、引入优秀人才,激励员工为企业创造更大的经济效益。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, salary management has become a task for every enterprise. In the past, many enterprises did not attach importance to compensation management. The first reason is that it is relatively easy for enterprises to recruit people because of China's abundant human resources. Enterprises are not competing for talent as they are now. Second, because of low labor costs, enterprises will not be affected too much by this aspect. However, the market environment has changed dramatically in recent years. The demographic dividend has gradually disappeared from China, and the cost of human resources has been rising year by year. For many small and medium-sized private enterprises, it is becoming more and more expensive to retain talents and attract talents to create value for enterprises. Indirectly, the business of enterprises is becoming more and more difficult to do. Therefore, through the observation and analysis of the compensation management system of Henan Changrun Group, the use of questionnaires, field research and other research means, Find out the deficiency in the salary management system of Henan Changrun Group, carry on the thorough research and analysis to the insufficiency in the salary management, and optimize and design the existing salary management system of the Henan Changrun Group. Finally, a salary management system that conforms to the group itself and has the maneuverability can be worked out. Henan Changrun Group can use the improved compensation management system to reduce the staff turnover rate and introduce outstanding talents. Encourage employees to create greater economic benefits for the enterprise.
