一汽—大众电子物资订货系统项目综合管理研究

【摘要】:一汽-大众汽车有限公司(以下简称一汽-大众)作为一家大型的整车制造企业,其在生产活动中必然会涉及到大量的零部件及毛坯等的物资订货行为。而公司内传统的物资订货的管理方式是以纸质物资订货单为载体,通过在各个部门之间流转及各个领导审批签字后将纸质物资订货单交送采购部门最终实现订货。然而,随着企业规模的不断扩大、物资订货数量的不断增加,传统的纸质物资订货单的弊端也逐渐显现:如申请人需将大量物资订货单取送于各个相关部门之间因而耽误时间、物资订货审批时间长、物资订货单在不同部门之间流转无法查询其审批进度,同时容易丢失,不利于物资订货单的保存及后续查询等等。所以一汽-大众急需一种全新的更高效的管理方法以便加强对物资订货的管理,规范内部管理流程。本文以一汽-大众电子物资订货系统项目的综合管理为核心内容,结合一汽-大众规划部现存的物资订货的现状及问题,依据项目综合管理方面的知识,对电子物资订货系统项目的启动、项目的计划方案、项目的团队管理及项目的实施等具体内容进行深入研究和分析,为一汽-大众电子物资订货系统项目的建设提供一个有项目综合管理方面理论基础的解决方案,提高项目成功实施的概率及企业的管理效率,进而节约资源,最终实现企业在同行业中综合竞争能力的提高和企业经济和管理的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:FAW-VW Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FAW-VW) as a large vehicle manufacturing enterprise, its production activities will inevitably involve a large number of spare parts and raw materials ordering behavior. The traditional management of material order in the company is to take the paper material order as the carrier, through the circulation between the various departments and the approval and signature of the leaders, the paper material order will be sent to the purchasing department to achieve the final order. However, with the expansion of enterprise scale and the increasing quantity of material order, the disadvantages of the traditional paper material order gradually appear: if the applicant needs to take a large quantity of material order to each relevant department, it will delay the time. Material order approval time is long, material order can not be consulted by different departments, at the same time, it is easy to lose, which is not conducive to material order preservation and follow-up inquiries and so on. So FAW-VW is in urgent need of a new and more efficient management method to strengthen the management of goods orders and standardize the internal management process. This paper takes the integrated management of FAW-VW electronic material ordering system as the core content, combining with the current situation and problems of FAW-VW planning department, according to the knowledge of project integrated management. To carry on the thorough research and analysis to the electronic material ordering system project initiation, the project plan, the project team management and the project implementation and so on concrete content carries on the thorough research and the analysis, To provide a theoretical solution for the construction of FAW-VW electronic material ordering system, to improve the probability of successful implementation of the project and the management efficiency of the enterprise, and thus to save resources. Finally, the sustainable development of enterprise economy and management can be realized.
