建筑施工企业安全文化与安全事故相关性研究

【摘要】:建筑行业特殊工种多,程序繁杂,环境艰苦等,这些因素决定了建筑业的高危特征,安全事故频发,学术界、商界、政界、新闻界等都对建筑业的安全生产给予了高度的关注,而安全文化因有效、持久的改善安全状况而崭露头角,虽然安全制度得以逐渐完善,而大部分建筑施工企业在安全方面投入了大量的人力、物力、财力,但是我国建筑行业的安全事故依然屡见不鲜,安全文化建设效果并不明显,安全文化与事故相关研究更是少见。本文将安全文化引入建筑施工企业,对其建设现状进行评价,找出建设劣势;并对评价等级与安全事故的关系进行分析,明确的展示其影响趋势,引起建筑施工单位的重视;并针对前文展示出的劣势提出改进建议,以供参考。首先,深刻理解安全文化内涵,将其引申到建筑施工企业,提出建筑施工企业安全文化概念,进而对其分析理解,并在前人的研究基础上建立原始评价指标体系,通过专家访谈法对指标体系进行筛选,运用层次分析法对评价指标体系进行赋权。鉴于建筑施工企业安全文化系统的灰色特征,建立了以多层次灰色关联分析为核心的建筑施工企业安全文化评价模型,得出结论:A单位处于团结互助阶段,安全环境方面和决策层行为做得有所欠缺;B单位处于员工参与阶段的结论,在安全管理、安全事务参与、决策层行为和员工层行为方面有待改进。其次,通过理论分析,构建了建筑施工企业安全文化与安全事故理论假设模型,并通过SPSS20.0对问卷调查收集到的相关数据进行处理分析,得出结论:本研究设计的问卷有很好的信效度,并验证安全文化对安全事故整体情况、安全事故率、较大事故量以及安全事故经济损失都有正向的作用,并利用西安9·10提升脚手架拆除事故对实证分析结果进一步论证,说明本研究有一定的实用价值。最后,明确建设要求,针对前文企业建筑施工企业都存在的问题较大的安全管理、安全环境、决策层行为和员工层行为方面提出一些可行性建议,以供参考。
[Abstract]:The construction industry has many special types of work, complicated procedures, difficult environment and so on. These factors determine the high risk characteristics of the construction industry, the frequent occurrence of safety accidents, academia, business, political, media and so on have given high attention to the safe production of the construction industry. And the safety culture has emerged as a result of effective and lasting improvements in the security situation. Although the safety system has been gradually improved, most construction enterprises have invested a great deal of manpower, material and financial resources in the field of safety. However, safety accidents in construction industry in China are still common, the effect of safety culture construction is not obvious, safety culture and accident related research is more rare. This paper introduces the safety culture into the construction enterprise, evaluates the present construction situation, finds out the inferior position of the construction, analyzes the relationship between the evaluation grade and the safety accident, clearly shows its influence trend, and causes the construction unit to attach importance to it. In view of the disadvantages shown above, suggestions for improvement are put forward for reference. First of all, deeply understand the connotation of safety culture, extend it to construction enterprises, put forward the concept of safety culture of construction enterprises, then analyze and understand it, and establish the original evaluation index system on the basis of previous studies. The index system is screened by the method of expert interview, and the evaluation index system is empowered by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In view of the grey characteristics of the safety culture system of construction enterprises, a multi-level grey relational analysis model of safety culture evaluation of construction enterprises is established, and it is concluded that unit A is in the stage of solidarity and mutual assistance. The conclusion that the safety environment and decision-making level behavior is in the stage of employee participation should be improved in the aspects of safety management, safety transaction participation, decision level behavior and employee behavior. Secondly, through theoretical analysis, the theoretical hypothesis model of safety culture and safety accidents in construction enterprises is constructed, and the relevant data collected by the questionnaire are analyzed by SPSS 20.0. Conclusion: the questionnaire designed in this study has good reliability and validity, and verifies that safety culture has positive effect on the overall situation of safety accident, safety accident rate, large accident volume and economic loss of safety accident. Using Xi'an 9 10 lifting scaffold removal accident to further demonstrate the results of empirical analysis, it shows that this study has certain practical value. Finally, some feasible suggestions on safety management, safety environment, decision-making level behavior and employee behavior are put forward for reference.
