上海ZL电子有限公司的成长性研究

【摘要】：企业的创业者关注企业在未来是否达到可持续发展的目的,而企业资本的投入者,他们关注的是企业在未来是否可以给他们带来收益,这就主要体现在企业是否具备成长性。2017年是我国推行“十三五”规划的重要一年,同时也是创新驱动发展的全面实施之年。随着供给侧改革和科技体制改革的进一步深入,创新活力显得尤为重要,加上中国电子工业发展和科技信息工业时代的全面到来,电子元器件行业有望迎来新的成长阶段。目前行业增速出现回升迹象,这需要企业抓住时机发展。电子元器件行业内有着数量众多的中小企业,中小企业的成长对电子元器件行业发展、产品质量提高、促进国家经济发展有着重要意义。公司的成长性往往是用来预测与评价公司未来经营状况的重要指标,所以从财务角度出发,结合公司内外部环境,进而对中小公司进行成长性研究仍然是必要的。本文以上海ZL电子有限公司作为研究对象,依据国内外研究理论,基于财务视角,对ZL电子公司的成长性进行具体分析,深入剖析影响ZL电子公司成长性的内外部原因,分析ZL电子公司先成长阶段的特点,从而对症下药,以求帮助其更好的成长发展。本文分为五个章节,第一章为绪论部分;第二章是相关理论概述,阐述了国内外对于企业成长性的相关研究理论;第三章介绍了ZL电子公司及电子元器件行业概况,并对ZL电子公司的成长性进行分析评价,依据分析找出其问题所在;第四章针对以上的问题提出了对策建议;第五章结论。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurs are concerned about whether the enterprise can achieve the goal of sustainable development in the future, and those who invest in the capital of the enterprise are concerned about whether the enterprise can bring them benefits in the future. 2017 is an important year for China to carry out the 13th Five-Year Plan, and it is also the year of full implementation of innovation-driven development. With the further development of supply-side reform and the reform of science and technology system, the innovation vigor becomes more and more important. In addition, with the development of China's electronic industry and the coming of the era of science and technology information industry, the electronic components industry is expected to usher in a new growth stage. At present, the growth rate of the industry is showing signs of recovery, which requires enterprises to seize the opportunity to develop. There are a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the electronic components industry. The growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is of great significance to the development of electronic components industry, the improvement of product quality and the promotion of national economic development. The growth of the company is often used to predict and evaluate the company's future operating conditions, so it is still necessary to study the growth of small and medium-sized companies from the financial point of view, combined with the internal and external environment of the company. This paper takes Shanghai ZL Electronics Co., Ltd. as the research object, based on the domestic and foreign research theory, based on the financial perspective, the specific analysis of the growth of ZL Electronics Company, in-depth analysis of the internal and external reasons that affect the growth of ZL Electronics Company. This paper analyzes the characteristics of ZL Electronics' first growth stage, and puts forward the right remedy to help it grow and develop better. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction; the second chapter is the overview of the relevant theory, elaborated the domestic and foreign related research theory for enterprise growth; the third chapter introduces the ZL electronics company and electronic components industry overview, According to the analysis and evaluation of the growth of ZL Electronics Company to find out its problems; the fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems; the fifth chapter conclusions.
