【摘要】:随着宏观政策的变化和国内外商业银行及其他金融机构的增加,银行之间的竞争愈演愈烈。在激烈的竞争过程中,各家商业银行开始逐步体会到商业银行发展战略对各自健康和可持续性发展起着越来越重要的作用,它们的战略意识、品牌意识和服务意识也逐步增强。华夏银行呼和浩特分行作为第一家入驻内蒙古的全国性股份制商业银行,历经8年多的发展,人员、机构、业务基本实现了预期目标,在自治区金融市场也形成了一定影响力。但随着内外部经营·环境的变化,分行业务发展遇到了前所未有的难题。在此特殊时期,重新定位经营战略、调整经营思路、探索适合华夏银行呼和浩特分行发展需要的、科学的经营发展战略,从而提升华夏银行呼和浩特分行未来综合竞争力是非常必要的。希望通过研究本课题,能够对华夏银行呼和浩特分行未来战略制定和决策实施起到一定的借鉴作用。 本文首先阐述了银行发展经营战略的研究背景和现实意义,综述国内外对此问题的研究现状,并提出了本文的研究对象、方法和技术路线,在此基础上,通过PEST模型和波特五力分析模型分别对华夏银行呼和浩特分行所处的外部宏观环境和竞争环境进行深入细致的分析,并针对分行内部环境现状,从资源和能力两个角度进行分析。之后,在运用SWOT分析的基础上,结合总行发展战略,提出分行战略目标,并进行竞争战略选择,提出确保战略实施的针对性措施。
[Abstract]:With the change of macro policy and the increase of domestic and foreign commercial banks and other financial institutions, the competition between banks is becoming more and more fierce. Commercial banks began to gradually realize that the development strategy of commercial banks plays an increasingly important role in their health and sustainable development, and their strategic awareness. Huaxia Bank Hohhot Branch, as the first national joint-stock commercial bank in Inner Mongolia, has experienced more than 8 years of development, personnel and institutions. The business has basically achieved the expected goal and formed a certain influence in the financial market of the autonomous region. However, with the change of internal and external operation and environment, branch business development has encountered unprecedented difficulties. In this special period. Reorient the management strategy, adjust the management thinking, and explore the scientific management development strategy suitable for the development of Huhhot Branch of Huhhot Bank of Huaxia Bank. Therefore, it is very necessary to enhance the future comprehensive competitiveness of Huhhot Branch of Huaxia Bank. It can be used for reference for Huhhot branch of Huaxia Bank. This paper first describes the research background and practical significance of the development and management strategy of banks, summarizes the current situation of research on this issue at home and abroad, and puts forward the research object, methods and technical route of this paper, on this basis. Through PEST model and Porter five-force analysis model, the external macro environment and competition environment of Huhehaote Branch of Huaxia Bank are analyzed in detail, and the current situation of internal environment of Huhhot Branch is analyzed. Then, on the basis of SWOT analysis, combined with the development strategy of the head office, the strategic goal of the branch is put forward, and the competitive strategy is selected. Put forward the targeted measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
