汇丰银行沈阳分行个人银行业务发展对策研究

【摘要】:按照WTO协议的规定,我国自2006年底开始放开了对外资银行的管理,进入对银行业市场全面开放的时代,外资银行获得国民待遇,可以与国内银行在平等的条件下竞争。在美国金融危机以及欧债危机蔓延全球的经济环境下,国际大型跨国银行的投资业务和批发业务都受到不同程度的冲击,作为商业银行根基的个人银行业务重新成为大型跨国银行业务发展的重头戏。在新兴经济龙头之一的中国,很多外资金融机构都被内地市场迅速膨胀的个人财富所吸引并相继进入中国市场。在当前激烈的个人银行业务市场竞争中,各家商业银行都采取了不同的措施和尝试来提高市场占有份额。汇丰银行作为外资银行的典型的代表,也在中国的个人业务市场上采取了很多积极的举措。 本文首先阐述了个人银行业务的理论基础,从个人银行业务产生的历史着手,对汇丰银行沈阳分行(本文简称“汇丰沈阳”)的经营现状进行了分析,基于笔者在汇丰银行沈阳分行工作期间收集的资料和实际工作中遇到的问题和挑战,分析了个人银行业务方面存在的问题。最后,就汇丰在沈阳的市场细分、渠道建设、客户关系管理、操作风险控制以及人才培养等方面提出对策。 本文通过分析汇丰沈阳分行个人银行业务的问题以及对策,从一定程度反映出外资银行在我国个人银行业务的发展现状,可以帮助其他的外资银行和本地银行在发展个人银行业务中出现的问题提供一些借鉴。另一方面,随着中国的金融机构日益增长的全球化需求,了解国际性金融机构的管理方式和经营理念也可以使本地的金融机构在国际金融业务发展中更加富有竞争
[Abstract]:In accordance with the provisions of the WTO Agreement, since end of 2006, China has opened up the management of foreign banks and entered the era of comprehensive opening to the banking market. Foreign banks have been given national treatment. It can compete with domestic banks on equal terms. In the global economic environment where the financial crisis in the United States and the European debt crisis spread, the investment business and wholesale business of international large transnational banks are all affected to varying degrees. As the foundation of commercial banks, personal banking business has become a major part of the development of large-scale transnational banking business. China is one of the leading emerging economies. Many foreign financial institutions are attracted by the rapid expansion of personal wealth in the mainland market and enter the Chinese market one after another. Each commercial bank has taken different measures and tried to increase its market share. As a typical representative of foreign banks, HSBC has also taken many positive measures in the personal business market of China. This paper first expounds the theoretical basis of personal banking business, starting from the history of personal banking business, analyzes the management status of HSBC Shenyang Branch (referred to as "HSBC Shenyang"). Based on the data collected during the work of HSBC Shenyang Branch and the problems and challenges encountered in the actual work, this paper analyzes the problems existing in personal banking business. Finally, the market segmentation of HSBC in Shenyang is given. Channel construction, customer relationship management, operational risk control and personnel training and other aspects put forward countermeasures. By analyzing the problems and countermeasures of the personal banking business of HSBC Shenyang Branch, this paper reflects to a certain extent the current situation of the development of foreign banks' personal banking business in China. Can help other foreign banks and local banks in the development of personal banking problems to provide some reference. On the other hand, with the growing global demand of financial institutions in China. Understanding the management and management philosophy of international financial institutions can also make local financial institutions more competitive in the development of international financial business
