H银行小微事业部发展战略研究

【摘要】:小微企业是我国国民经济重要的组成部分,占我国企业总数的95%以上,在增加就业、促进经济增长、科技创新与社会和谐稳定等方面具有重要的作用。但目前小微企业却面临融资难的重大困境。与此同时,,作为地方性城市商业银行的H银行也面临着规模较小、资源有限和地域受限的发展束缚。随着利率市场化进程的推进,H银行只有集中优势与资源,选择合适的目标市场,开发针对性强,有竞争力的金融产品才能开拓出一条独具特色的差异化发展道路。量多面广的小微企业金融市场正是H银行谋求发展的突破口。本文就是探讨在当前的外部经济条件下,H银行怎样结合自身资源优势制定小微事业部的发展战略。 本文首先介绍了企业战略及其研究技术等用于本课题研究的理论。其次,通过PEST分析方法对H银行小微事业部所处的政治、经济、社会、技术以及竞争对手等外部环境进行了分析,然后对H银行小微事业部内部的组织架构、人力资源、产品情况和盈利能力进行了分析。同时,利用SWOT分析方法归纳出H银行小微事业部的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,并结合H银行自身特点,根据战略匹配,将打造小微品牌,迅速扩大市场份额和完善风控体系,有效控制风险作为H银行小微事业部的发展战略。最后,根据既定战略明确市场定位和目标,并将集中优势重点突破和差异化作为战略指导思想,从人力资源、组织架构、营销策略和风险管理四方面提出适合H银行小微事业部发展的职能战略。
[Abstract]:Small and micro enterprises are an important part of our national economy, accounting for more than 95% of the total number of enterprises in China, increasing employment and promoting economic growth. Science and technology innovation and social harmony and stability play an important role, but at present small and micro enterprises are faced with a major dilemma of financing. At the same time, as a local city commercial bank, H bank is also facing a relatively small scale. With the advancement of the interest rate marketization process, the bank can only concentrate its advantages and resources, select the appropriate target market, and develop with strong pertinence. Only competitive financial products can open up a unique road of differentiated development. The financial market of small and micro enterprises with a wide range of quantities is the breakthrough for bank H to seek development. This article is to discuss the current external economy. Under conditions. How H bank combines its own resource advantage to formulate the development strategy of small microbusiness department. Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of enterprise strategy and its research technology used in this research. Secondly, through the method of PEST analysis, the paper analyzes the politics, economy and society of the small and micro business department of H bank. Technology and competitors and other external environments are analyzed, and then the internal structure, human resources, product situation and profitability of the small microunit of H Bank are analyzed. Using the SWOT analysis method to sum up the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the small microbusiness department of H Bank, and combining with the characteristics of H Bank, according to the strategic matching, will build a small micro-brand. Rapidly expand market share and improve risk control system, effectively control risk as the development strategy of small and micro unit of H bank. Finally, according to the established strategy to clarify the market positioning and objectives. Taking the breakthrough and differentiation of concentrated advantage as the strategic guiding ideology, this paper puts forward a functional strategy suitable for the development of small and micro unit of H Bank from four aspects: human resources, organizational structure, marketing strategy and risk management.
