流程银行背景下建行广东省分行效能建设研究

【摘要】:“流程银行”的概念在国内最早是由原银监会主席刘明康于2005年提出,他通过列举当时银行业存在的诸多问题,进而提出只有以“流程银行”模式取代原有的“部门银行”模式才是银行业改革发展的出路。商业银行开展流程银行模式建设,其最终目的是通过战略转型,提升自身的经营水平,进而可以为客户提供更加优质高效的服务。而效能建设最初只是被用于增强机关事业单位的“公仆”意识,提高为人民群众服务的效率和效果。本文通过运用建设“流程银行”的方法,即利用“流程再造”的理念,通过对中国建设银行广东省分行的业务流程、组织结构、管理制度及企业文化开展流程优化和再造,切实提高经营效率,为“效能建设”的顺利实施打下了坚实的基础。进而提出:建行广东省分行的效能建设可以利用建设流程银行模式的方式方法,即通过对业务流程、组织结构、管理制度及企业文化的流程再造,进一步提高为客户服务的效率,进而提高市场竞争力,达到“为客户提供优质服务”的目的。
[Abstract]:The concept of "process bank" in China was first put forward by Liu Mingkang, the former chairman of the CBRC, in 2005. He listed many problems existing in the banking industry at that time. Then, it is put forward that only by replacing the original "departmental bank" mode with the "process bank" mode is the way out for the banking reform and development. The ultimate goal of commercial banks in developing process banking mode is to improve their own management level through strategic transformation, and then to provide customers with more high-quality and efficient services. At first, the efficiency construction is used to enhance the public servant consciousness of the government and public institution, and to improve the efficiency and effect of serving the people. By using the method of constructing "process bank", that is, using the idea of "process reengineering", this paper optimizes and reengineering the business process, organizational structure, management system and corporate culture of Guangdong Branch of China Construction Bank. Improving management efficiency lay a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of efficiency construction. Furthermore, it is put forward that the efficiency construction of CCB Guangdong Branch can be carried out through the process reengineering of business process, organizational structure, management system and corporate culture. Further improve the efficiency of customer service, and then improve the competitiveness of the market, to achieve the purpose of "providing quality services for customers".
