政府融资过程中政府和银行间的信号博弈

【摘要】：针对政府融资平台的融资特点,讨论了政府融资过程中政府和银行之间的信号博弈问题,并以政府和银行的利益最大化为目标建立了动态信号博弈模型且进行了实证分析。在分析的过程中发现,均衡的效率与政府的伪装成本及期望的风险成本高低有关,融资过程中政府的干预对均衡效率有一定的影响。因此,在相应的政策建议中要求提高企业伪装的成本及加大银行的惩罚力度。
[Abstract]:According to the financing characteristics of government financing platform, the signal game problem between government and bank in the process of government financing is discussed, and the dynamic signal game model is established with the aim of maximizing the benefit of government and bank, and the empirical analysis is carried out. In the process of analysis, it is found that the equilibrium efficiency is related to the government's camouflage cost and the expected risk cost, and the government intervention in the financing process has a certain influence on the equilibrium efficiency. Therefore, in the corresponding policy recommendations to increase corporate camouflage costs and increase the penalties of banks.
