面向年轻用户的个人金融管理需求研究与移动服务设计

【摘要】:过去的十几年,中国国民经济的增长和信息技术的发展带来的是用户金融需求的多样化和金融业服务形式的转型。其中,对于金融服务的需求增加存在于各个年龄层次的用户,特别是信息时代环境下成长起来的当下社会的年轻群体。同时,银行业金融服务由传统的服务模式向技术驱动的移动互联网服务模式发展,从柜台式服务到网上银行,从自动取款机到手机银行。调查结果还显示消费者对现有金融服务及产品还缺乏足够的信任,我国个人金融多元化和个性化的需求还得不到满足。在欧美地区个人金融管理服务发展逐渐受到银行业和相关机构重视、各地区先后推出了针对性服务的情况下,国内的个人金融管理服务领域仍是一片空白。在这些背景下确定了本文的研究问题:面向年轻用户的个人金融管理需求研究和移动服务设计。 文章首先对当前个人金融管理服务的行业背景进行了分析,包括:信息技术、移动智能设备、移动互联网金融服务、金融政策和用户需求。从需求理论和客户细分的角度对金融服务从传统服务到个人金融管理服务进行了系统的阐述;通过对不同主导模式下的个人金融管理服务典型案例的分析,结合年轻用户的成长背景和财物管理需求,定位于年轻用户的个人金融管理需求研究。其次,文章运用定性和定量的混合研究方法进行了评估实验,从用户满意度、内容与功能、交互流程、视觉呈现和用户体验的角度对被试服务进行了分析,得出了用户的潜在需求。最后运用纸面原型的方式进行了个人金融管理服务的原型设计,并通过认知走查对原型进行了验证。 如何科学的分析实验结果,并将用户需求转化为可用的服务设计方案是本文的研究难点。本文的创新点在于结合中国人传统的财物累积文化和对金融管理的需求背景,,将个人金融管理概念引入本土环境。分析年轻用户的成长背景、未来社会经济的主体趋势和对财物管理的需求,为服务确定目标用户群体。通过评估实验发现了现有移动金融服务存在的问题和年轻用户在个人金融管理方面的潜在需求。最后,结合本土环境和实际的用户需求,提出了移动个人金融管理服务原型设计。
[Abstract]:Over the past decade, the growth of China's national economy and the development of information technology have brought the diversification of the user's financial needs and the transformation of the service form of the financial industry. Among them, the demand for financial services has increased to users of all ages, especially the young group of the current society, which is growing under the environment of the information age. At the same time, the banking financial service is developed from the traditional service model to the technology-driven mobile internet service mode, from the counter-type service to the online banking, from the automatic teller machine to the mobile phone bank. The survey also shows that consumers lack sufficient trust in the existing financial services and products, and the demand for China's individual financial diversification and individuation is not met. in that case of the development of personal financial management service in the European and American region, the development of the personal financial management service of the region is gradually subject to the attention of the banking and the relevant institutions, and in the case of the introduction of the targeted service in each region, the domestic personal financial management service field is still a blank. The research issues in this paper are identified in these contexts: the research of personal financial management needs and the design of mobile services for young users. Study on the Demand of Personal Financial Management in Young Users In this paper, the qualitative and quantitative methods of mixed research were used to evaluate the service, and the user's potential needs were obtained from the perspective of user satisfaction, content and function, interaction process, visual presentation and user experience. Finally, the prototype design of the personal financial management service was carried out by using the paper prototype, and the prototype was checked by the cognitive way. It is the research of this paper how to analyze the experimental results scientifically and transform the user's demand into the available service design scheme. The innovation point of this paper is to introduce the concept of personal financial management into the Chinese traditional property accumulation culture and the demand background to the financial management.
