P银行运营整合项目操作风险影响因素控制研究

【摘要】:操作风险管理已经逐渐成为国内商业银行全面风险管理的重要组成部分,其重要性日益彰显。中国银监会明确提出操作风险概念,要求各家商业银行加大对操作风险的防范,提高管理能力。但是,国内商业银行在操作风险管理方面的实践处于起步阶段,在理念认识、管理方法等方面还较为薄弱。这也使得对商业银行操作风险管理的研究和实践显得十分迫切和必要。 本文以国内商业银行P银行运营整合项目入手,结合运营业务管理和整合项目实际,通过访谈识别并梳理运营整合项目下的操作风险点。在此基础上,采用专家评分法对基于项目操作风险点的各类影响因素进行分析,构建了影响因素概念模型。通过两轮专家评分,形成了最终的各操作风险点影响因素的影响程度排序。 基于操作风险点和影响因素的分析结果,本文对P银行运营整合项目操作风险影响因素的控制展开研究,提出了控制原则、依据,建立了从银行组织层面到项目层面,再到个体层面的控制体系,明确了具体的控制方法。借助P银行的实际情况,提出了七项控制举措,为P银行运营整合项目的实际工作提供了有益的借鉴。 最终,本文还对P银行项目案例进行了简单的分析,设定了三项观察指标,对项目中操作风险控制成效进行观察。通过实际工作验证,在P银行运营整合项目中,通过对影响因素的有效控制,其退件率、客户满意度、作业差错率三项指标均达到项目预期。这也印证了本文所做研究在实践方面的作用。
[Abstract]:Operational risk management has gradually become an important part of the overall risk management of domestic commercial banks, and its importance is becoming more and more obvious. China Banking Regulatory Commission clearly puts forward the concept of operational risk, and requires all commercial banks to increase the prevention of operational risk and improve their management ability. However, the practice of domestic commercial banks in the field of operational risk management is still in its infancy, and it is still weak in the aspects of concept understanding, management methods and so on. This also makes the research and practice of operational risk management of commercial banks very urgent and necessary. This article starts with the P bank operation integration project of domestic commercial bank, combines the operation business management and the practice of the integration project, identifies and combs the operation risk point under the operation integration project through the interview. On this basis, using expert scoring method to analyze all kinds of influencing factors based on project operational risk points, and construct the conceptual model of influencing factors. Through two rounds of expert scoring, the final ranking of the influencing factors of each operational risk point is formed. Based on the analysis results of operational risk points and influencing factors, this paper studies the control of operational risk influencing factors of P bank operation integration project, puts forward the control principles and bases, and establishes from the bank organization level to the project level. Then to the individual level of the control system, the specific control methods. With the help of the actual situation of P Bank, this paper puts forward seven control measures, which provides a useful reference for the practical work of P Bank's operation and integration project. Finally, this paper also makes a simple analysis of the P bank project case and sets up three observation indexes to observe the effectiveness of operational risk control in the project. Through the actual work verification, in the P bank operation integration project, through the effective control of the influencing factors, its return rate, customer satisfaction, job error rate are all up to the project expectations. This also confirms the role of the research in practice.
