基于BIM设计软件的工程量计算实现方法研究

摘要:选择基于Revit软件的ODBC开发方法,通过分析并改进Revit软件中工程量计算规则,建立构件属性与插件的数据映射,开发附加在Revit2013上的算量插件,能够输出符合清单规则的构件工程量;通过论证BIM设计软件输出清单量的可行性,有利于设计与造价BIM信息的对接和互用。

Abstract:This paper adopts an ODBC approach in the Revit 2013 as a possible way to overcome the above difficulty. First,measurement rules of construction bill quantities of Revit 2013 has been carefully studied and then modified to meet the requirements of “Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works(GB50500-2013)”. After establishing a mapping between construction work attributes and the ODBC keywords,a plug-in in Revit 2013 has been developed to identify and measure construction work volumes and cost relative information to output a BOQ. Thus it has been approved feasible that a BIM design software could be able to provide compliant BOQ with the Chinese regulations,which significantly helps building information interface and interoperate between designers and cost estimators.
