【摘要】：正"主流群体"指的是组织中居于主导或中心地位的一部分人群,他们的决策和行为将直接左右整个组织的运转,是组织存续、发展的主导力量。对于组织领导者而言,能否得到主流群体的认同将直接影响其领导行为实施的效率和效果。如何实现对组织中主流群体的有效引导,已成为影响组织高效运行的关键因素之一。因此,我们有必要清晰地了解主流群体形成的基础和一般机制,在此基础上采取更有针对性的措施进行引导,使主流群体更好地服务于组织目标的最终实现。
[Abstract]:The positive " mainstream group " refers to a group of people who are dominant or central in the organization . Their decision - making and behavior will directly influence the organization ' s operation . It is one of the key factors that affect the organization ' s leadership behavior . How to realize the effective guidance of the mainstream group in the organization will directly affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization ' s efficient operation . Therefore , it is necessary to know clearly the basic and general mechanism of the mainstream group formation , and take more targeted measures to guide the mainstream group , so as to make the mainstream group better serve the ultimate realization of the organization ' s goal .
