军民融合视角下我国军事战略智库体系建设研究

【摘要】：文章将美国涉军智库已有建设经验进行梳理并将其移植到中国面向战区服务的军事战略智库体系建设中,对如何侧重从军民融合的角度考虑我国军事战略智库体系的组成进行了宏观分析研究;对如何从中观层面进行军校内部科研机构、国防体系内知名科技学术团体、国家情报机构转型为军事战略智库过程中的智库建设、改造、升级、转型及智库开源情报搜集、成果转化提出了有效实施对策;对融媒体时代中国现代军事话语体系的整合进行了微观操作的探索;将军事战略智库作为我军新型作战力量,与我军整个作战体系紧密融合,以强军目标为统领,将思想变为国之利器,弥补国内研究不足,为我国军事智库第二、第三层面的建设提供借鉴参考。
[Abstract]:The article sorts out the experience of the US military think-tank and transplants it to the construction of China's military strategic think-tank system, which serves the war zone.This paper makes a macro analysis and research on how to consider the composition of our military strategic think tank system from the angle of military and civilian integration, and how to carry out the internal scientific research institutions of military academies and well-known scientific and technological academic groups within the national defense system from the meso level.The construction, transformation, upgrading, transformation of the national intelligence agencies into military strategic think tanks and the collection of open source intelligence, and the transformation of the results put forward effective implementation countermeasures;This paper explores the integration of the modern military discourse system of China in the era of integrating the media, regards the military strategic think tank as the new combat force of our army, closely integrates with the whole combat system of our army, and takes the goal of strengthening the army as the leader.To make up for the shortage of domestic research, to make up for the deficiency of domestic research, to make up for the thought as the weapon of the country, and to provide reference for the construction of the second and third level of our country's military think tank.
