管理者性别定式的形成及维护机制研究

【摘要】:管理者性别定式是社会性别观念在任职领域的延续,是指人们"一想到管理者就想到男性"比较固定的期望或看法。这种性别定式一旦被激活,会对该群体成员的行为产生深刻的影响,影响组织公平与效率目标的实现。本文分析了这种性别认知偏差的形成和维护机制,进而提出了一些对策建议。
[Abstract]:The manager's gender stereotype is the continuation of the gender concept in the field of employment, which means that people think of the male as soon as they think of the manager. Once activated, this gender stereotype will have a profound impact on the behavior of the group members, and will affect the achievement of the goal of organizational fairness and efficiency. This paper analyzes the formation and maintenance mechanism of this gender cognition deviation, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
