《户外探险教育中的行为与团队管理》（第四章）翻译实践报告

　　本文是一篇翻译实践报告,其实践部分所采用的原文材料选自艾伦·艾瓦特（Alan Ewert）和柯特·戴维森（Curt Davidson）所著的《户外探险教育中的行为与团队管理》（Behavior and Group Management in Outdoor Adventure Education）第四章。本书共有十章,主要通过分析各种真实案例以及提供有效的理论来指导行为与团队管理。本书第四章主要介绍户外探险教育中行为及团队管理相关的理论知识,为从事户外探险教育工作者提供专业的指导理论,并通过具体的案例让读者对这些理论有更清晰的了解。该翻译报告共有五章。第一章主要是对翻译项目的总体介绍,包括项目背景、意义以及报告的结构;第二章对原文的作者、主要内容及原文的语言风格进行了介绍;第三章主要介绍翻译实践的指导理论,即尤金·奈达的功能对等理论,以及详细说明该理论是如何指导信息类文本的翻译;第四章是翻译难点以及所采用的翻译方法;第五章对翻译实践进行总结,包括译者从本次翻译实践中所得到的启示、教训和该翻译实践中仍待解决的问题。
