基于TRIZ理论与专利数据分析的产品创新设计机理研究及应用

【摘要】:随着科学技术的不断发展,产品更新换代的速度不断加快,企业要想在竞争激烈的市场中脱颖而出,在保证产品质量的基础上,一方面要能快速、高效开发出新产品以抢占市场先机,另一方面也要能持续不断的对现有产品进行创新再设计以满足顾客变化的需求。其中,对现有产品进行创新再设计所占比重最大。产品设计作为产品产生过程中十分重要的一环,如何快速、高效的设计出高质量的产品成为了设计者需要考虑的关键问题。专利数据信息作为涵盖了世界上90%以上技术信息的数据库,对其进行搜集、整理与分析,不仅可以帮助设计者充分了解现有技术以避免后续设计的产品存在潜在侵权风险,而且一定程度上还可以为后续创新设计提供思维启发。TRIZ理论作为系统化的创新方法理论体系,提供了一整套从分析问题到解决问题的工具,可以帮助设计者解决设计过程中遇到的各种技术问题。本文以“基于TRIZ理论与专利数据分析的产品创新设计机理研究及应用”为题,围绕集合TRIZ理论与专利数据分析流程在现有产品创新再设计中的应用展开研究。本文首先对TRIZ理论和专利数据分析以及二者的结合在产品创新设计中的研究状况进行了分析,以面向工程领域的应用为主体提炼出三种类型的创新问题,提出了一种TRIZ理论和专利数据分析方法相结合的问题解决模型,以期有效提高技术系统理想度。针对第一类创新问题,提出了先专利申请分析后TRIZ理论分析为主体的问题解决模型,以期先快速把握现有技术情况以及产品的技术发展趋势,再基于TRIZ相关工具展开问题的快速求解;针对第二类创新问题,提出先TRIZ理论分析后专利集中度分析为主体的问题解决模型,以期先分析和识别问题并聚焦关键问题组件,然后确定重点技术领域及目标专利组以找寻解题突破口,最后运用TRIZ理论相关工具形成概念设计方案;针对第三类创新问题,提出先综合运用技术生命周期分析与S曲线生命周期后TRIZ解题为主体的问题解决模型,先定位产品所处生命周期阶段、把握产品未来发展趋势,预测产品未来可能产生的主要矛盾,据此展开TRIZ理论分析并得到概念设计方案。以上三个模型的研究中,分别结合三个具体实例——交通警示装置、拱架式贴片机贴装系统以及物流无人机载货舱的创新再设计,对TRIZ理论相关工具与专利数据分析具体方法的集成应用模型进行了验证,运用该模型可帮助企业增加概念设计的可预知性,缩短产品的研发周期,降低研发成本。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology, the speed of product upgrading is accelerating. If enterprises want to stand out in a competitive market, on the one hand, they must be able to quickly, on the one hand, ensure the quality of products. Effectively develop new products to seize market opportunities, on the other hand, must be able to continuously innovate and redesign existing products to meet the changing needs of customers. Innovative redesign of existing products accounts for the largest proportion. Product design as a very important part of the product generation process, how to quickly, Designing high quality products efficiently becomes the key problem that designers need to consider. Patent data information, as a database covering more than 90% of the world's technical information, is collected, collated and analyzed. It can not only help designers fully understand the existing technology in order to avoid the potential risk of infringement of the products designed after the design, but also provide thinking inspiration for the follow-up innovative design. Triz theory can be used as a systematic system of innovation method theory. Provides a full range of tools from problem analysis to problem solving, It can help designers solve various technical problems in the process of design. This paper focuses on "Research and Application of Product Innovation Design Mechanism based on TRIZ Theory and Patent data Analysis". This paper focuses on the application of aggregate TRIZ theory and patent data analysis process in the existing product innovation redesign. Firstly, this paper analyzes the research status of TRIZ theory and patent data analysis and their combination in product innovation design. Three types of innovative problems are abstracted with the application of engineering as the main body, and a problem solving model combining TRIZ theory with patent data analysis method is proposed. In order to improve the ideal degree of technology system effectively. Aiming at the first kind of innovation problem, this paper puts forward the problem solving model of patent application analysis and TRIZ theory analysis as the main body, in order to quickly grasp the existing technology situation and the technology development trend of the product. Then based on the TRIZ tools to solve the problem quickly, aiming at the second kind of innovation problem, the paper puts forward a problem solving model based on TRIZ theory analysis and patent concentration analysis, in order to analyze and identify the problem first and focus on the key problem components. Then determine the key technical areas and the target patent group to find a breakthrough to solve the problem, and finally use the TRIZ theory tools to form a conceptual design scheme; aiming at the third kind of innovation problems, This paper puts forward a problem solving model based on technology life cycle analysis and S curve life cycle, which is the main part of TRIZ problem solving, first of all, it can locate the life cycle stage of the product and grasp the future development trend of the product. In order to predict the main contradiction that the product may produce in the future, the TRIZ theory analysis is carried out and the conceptual design scheme is obtained. In the study of the above three models, the traffic warning device is separately combined with three concrete examples. The installation system of arch mounting machine and the innovative redesign of cargo hold of logistics UAV are verified. The integrated application model of TRIZ theory related tools and patent data analysis method is verified. This model can help enterprises to increase the predictability of conceptual design, shorten the product R & D cycle, and reduce R & D costs.
