便携式钻杆检验车在产品设计与应用系统中的研究

【摘要】:伴随着我国经济的飞速发展,石油工业也一直居于经济发展能量源泉的地位,,正是因为石油能源的重要性,我们对于石油钻探设备的研究也上升到了一个新的高度。石油钻杆的检验一直有着严格的标准规范,稍有不慎就有可能酿成严重的生产事故,由于原有的管架台不能很好的满足检测需要,针对此问题和现场工况,设计一辆便携式钻杆检验车就显得尤为重要。 文章通过综合法、统计法、文献信息法、实践检验法等一系列方法,将所收集到的资料进行系统的分类整理,充分了解国内外的研究动态,发展方向。在便携式钻杆检验车的设计过程中也加入了计算机绘图软件的使用,使得设计与虚拟生产相融合,进一步提高了检验车造型设计的可行性。 全文先深入探析了产品设计与应用系统的基本概况,在调研了我国钻杆检验现状的基础之上,说明了便携式钻杆检验车的形成溯源。经过设计改良可以提高钻杆检验的质量和效率,解决钻杆检验的难题。然后分析了产品设计与应用系统的设计方法主要包括四个方面:前期准备、产品企划、造型设计、设计商品化。随后利用这个设计方法对便携式钻杆检验车进行设计分析,研究其形态、结构等多种因素。对于便携式钻杆检验车的造型设计,包括了材料、色彩以及设计手段的探索等内容,进而使便携式钻杆检验车的设计更加贴近使用者的要求。在整个设计的过程中都深深的贯彻了产品设计与应用系统的理论。为以后的工业化生产奠定了基础。 本文通过对便携式钻杆检验车在产品设计与应用系统的研究,对本产品的设计与应用系统进行了探索,提高了钻杆检验的使用效率,进行了一些的优化设计,为以后的研究,提供了一些理论依据。用产品设计与应用系统的研究来提升我国石油行业钻杆检验质量,对创新性的思维方式进行了实践,从而产生可观的经济效益和社会效益,丰富了检验车的产品设计体系。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the petroleum industry has always been the source of energy for economic development, precisely because of the importance of petroleum energy. Our research on oil drilling equipment has also risen to a new level. The inspection of oil drilling pipes has always had strict standards and norms, and a slight carelessness may lead to serious production accidents. Since the original pipe rack can not meet the needs of the inspection, it is particularly important to design a portable drill pipe inspection vehicle for this problem and field conditions. Through a series of methods, such as comprehensive method, statistical method, literature information method and practice test method, this paper systematically classifies the collected data and fully understands the research trends at home and abroad. In the design process of portable drill pipe inspection vehicle, the use of computer drawing software is added, which makes the design and virtual production merge together, and further improves the feasibility of the model design of the inspection vehicle. First, the paper deeply analyzes the basic situation of product design and application system, and on the basis of investigating the present situation of drill pipe inspection in China, It is shown that the formation of the portable drill pipe inspection vehicle can be traced back to the source. The quality and efficiency of the drill pipe inspection can be improved through the improvement of the design. The design method of product design and application system mainly includes four aspects: preparation, product planning, modeling design. Design commercialization. Then use this design method to carry on the design analysis to the portable drill pipe inspection vehicle, study its shape, structure and many other factors. For the design of the portable drill pipe inspection vehicle, including the material, The exploration of color and design means, Thus, the design of portable drill pipe inspection vehicle is more close to the requirements of users. In the whole design process, the theory of product design and application system is deeply carried out, which lays a foundation for industrial production in the future. Through the research on the design and application system of the portable drill pipe inspection vehicle, this paper explores the design and application system of the product, improves the efficiency of the drill pipe inspection, and carries out some optimization design for the future research. Some theoretical basis is provided. The research of product design and application system is used to improve the quality of drilling pipe inspection in petroleum industry of our country, and the innovative thinking mode is put into practice, resulting in considerable economic and social benefits. It enriches the product design system of inspection vehicle.
