胶乳黏合剂对非石棉抄取增强密封垫片性能的影响

【摘要】：在丁腈橡胶(NBR)乳胶中引入丁苯橡胶(SBR)胶乳作为弹性黏合剂,制备了多个新型无石棉胶乳密封垫片,并着重探讨了不同混合胶乳质量比对该密封垫片压缩率、回弹率和拉伸强度的影响。研究结果表明:在满足密封垫片性能要求和降低产品成本的前提下,得到了较理想的SBR胶乳/NBR胶乳质量比为6.4∶9.6和4.8∶11.2;同时,利用回归模型对混合SBR胶乳/NBR胶乳体系的性能进行了预测,所得预测值与实测值较为接近,说明该回归模型在预测密封垫片压缩率、回弹率和拉伸强度方面是有效的。
[Abstract]:A new type of asbestos - free latex gasket was prepared by the introduction of SBR latex into nitrile rubber ( NBR ) latex as elastic adhesive . The influence of the mass ratio of different mixed latex on the compression rate , rebound rate and tensile strength of SBR latex / NBR latex was discussed .
