包装印刷全息水印防伪与信息认证方法的研究

【摘要】:本文将全息数字水印、多媒体认证等数字领域的防伪技术引入到包装印刷品防伪领域,并结合包装印刷防伪的实际需要,对包装印刷全息水印防伪中全息水印算法、图像几何失真校正和图像识别验证等问题进行了研究。 适用于彩色印刷图像的全息水印算法是实现包装印刷制品全息水印防伪认证的基础和前提。本文针对印刷工艺特点,将误差扩散半色调、傅里叶全息和离散Haar小波变换引入数字水印防伪系统中,设计了用于彩色印刷品的全息半色调水印算法。通过打印/印刷—扫描实验,采用NC、PSNR和印刷品色差值等图像质量评价手段,得出:对于彩色印刷图像(CMYK印刷色彩模式),在宿主图像颜色分量较多的通道内嵌入傅里叶全息半色调水印,水印嵌入强度在1~1.5时,可获得质量可靠的全息水印印刷防伪图像。 对防伪印刷图像进行几何失真校正是获得良好水印图像的必要手段。本文利用Hough变换、倾斜角计算、透视变换公式等方法对防伪图像进行几何校正,然后采用数学形态学方法对校正后的图像进行修正,取得了很好的校正效果,保证了水印信息的顺利提取和水印图像的质量。 图像识别验证是全息水印防伪信息认证的核心。对从防伪印刷图像中提取出的水印图像进行必要的预处理,,并按类别进行了研究,分别采用相关系数、图像区域特征方法重点对字母数字类、几何图形类水印进行了识别验证。结果表明,上述方法能实现对印刷图像全息半色调水印的识别验证,同时也验证了本文所提出的傅里叶半色调水印防伪方案可用于包装印刷品防伪认证。 最后,运用全息半色调水印算法设计防伪包装盒并进行印刷实验。采用本文提出的几何校正及图像识别验证方法对包装盒进行防伪认证,进一步验证了本文所述方法用于印刷包装制品防伪的可行性和可靠性,为包装印刷品全息水印防伪认证平台的建立和实用化打下了良好的基础。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the anti-counterfeiting technology in digital field such as holographic digital watermark and multimedia authentication is introduced into the field of packaging printing anti-counterfeiting, and the holographic watermarking algorithm in packaging printing holographic watermark is combined with the actual need of packaging printing anti-counterfeiting.Image geometric distortion correction and image recognition verification are studied.The holographic watermarking algorithm suitable for color printing image is the foundation and prerequisite for the authentication of packaging printing product holographic watermark.According to the characteristics of printing technology, this paper introduces error diffusion halftone, Fourier holography and discrete Haar wavelet transform into digital watermarking anti-counterfeiting system, and designs a holographic halftone watermarking algorithm for color printing.Through printing / printing scanning experiment, the image quality evaluation methods such as NCP-PSNR and printing color difference were used.It is concluded that for color printing image CMYK color mode, Fourier holographic halftone watermark can be embedded in the channel with more color components of host image. When the embedding intensity of watermark is between 1 and 1.5, the quality and reliability of holographic watermark printing and anti-counterfeiting image can be obtained.Geometric distortion correction of anti-counterfeiting printed image is necessary to obtain good watermark image.In this paper, Hough transform, tilt angle calculation and perspective transformation formula are used for geometric correction of anti-false image, and then mathematical morphology method is used to correct the corrected image, and good correction effect is obtained.It ensures the smooth extraction of watermark information and the quality of watermark image.Image recognition and verification is the core of holographic watermark authentication.The watermark image extracted from the anti-counterfeiting printing image is preprocessed and studied according to the category. The correlation coefficient and the image region feature method are used to identify the watermark of alphanumeric and geometric images respectively.The results show that the above method can recognize and verify the holographic halftone watermark of printed image, and it also verifies that the proposed Fourier halftone watermarking scheme can be used for packaging anti-counterfeiting authentication of printed materials.Finally, the holographic halftone watermarking algorithm is used to design the anti-counterfeiting packaging box and carry out printing experiment.The method of geometric correction and image recognition is used to authenticate the box, and the feasibility and reliability of the method for anti-counterfeiting of printed packaging products are further verified.It lays a good foundation for the establishment and practicability of packaging print holographic watermark authentication platform.
