钢球智能计数包装系统研制

【摘要】:本论文针对企业需求,研制了钢球智能计数包装系统。该系统实现了钢球的精确计数、混球分拣,自动包装的功能。该系统采用CCD图像识别处理技术进行精确计数,采用了大球挡住与小球漏掉的筛选通道进行钢球的混球分拣。自动包装方式采用从下向上拽袋的方式实现了连续制袋包装,包装过程完全自动化。国内外首次通过撑袋滑块靠自重在塑料薄膜筒内滑移的方式实现袋口撑开,通过塑料薄膜筒上下两次热封方式制袋。整个计数、分拣、包装的动作流程以及图像处理,均采用了工业控制用计算机进行控制,控制软件采用VisualBasic作为编程环境。高精密钢球的包装特点,一是每袋所包装的重量较大,二是高精度钢球对于球面质量要求较高,包装过程中不可以有擦碰伤。本论文所设计的钢球自动计数包装系统,经过样机试验证明,可以满足上述要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an intelligent counting and packing system for steel balls is developed to meet the needs of enterprises. The system realizes the function of accurate counting, mixing ball sorting and automatic packing. In this system, CCD image recognition and processing technology is used to count accurately, and the large ball is used to block the filter channel which is missing from the small ball for the sorting of steel ball. The automatic packing method adopts the way of pulling bags from the bottom up to realize the continuous bag packing. The packing process is completely automatic. It is the first time in China and abroad that the bag opening is realized by the slip of the slider with self-weight in the plastic film tube, and the bag is made by the hot sealing method of the plastic film tube two times up and down. The whole process of counting, sorting, packaging and image processing is controlled by industrial control computer, and VisualBasic is used as the programming environment in the control software. The packing characteristics of high precision steel ball are: first, the weight of each bag is larger; second, the high precision steel ball requires higher spherical surface quality, so there can be no scratch in the packing process. The steel ball automatic counting and packing system designed in this paper can meet the above requirements through prototype test.
