基于基因调控网络的产品优化设计

【摘要】:智能化计算机辅助为设计师工作带来了创新效率的体验,但它却忽略了设计师本身这一重要的设计主体作用。文献研究发现,利用智能化CAD技术代替设计师的研究很多,而直接辅助设计师的较少。由于设计师在设计过程中要同时处理多个设计要素,而设计要素的重要性,及其相互之间的关系属于隐性知识,难以被设计师直接把握。本论文借用基因调控网络(GRN)的概念,归纳节点关系,绘制GRN图谱,从中析出上述隐性知识来辅助设计师活动。 论文对近年来的工业设计竞赛现状开展调研并进行数据分析,以2008-2013年“中国五金产品工业设计大赛”1376件保温杯参赛作品作为研究载体,对参赛作品的设计因素进行数据编码。以保温杯的设计要素为节点,以设计要素之间的关系为边建立保温杯产品的GRN,并借网络分析技术识别GRN的关键节点和节点集团。论文以入围作品作为样本,通过比较全体产品和入围产品的GRN网络结构来分析获奖作品的统计特征,并对保温杯产品的设计给出建议。 本文的研究是基于GRN基因调控网络的概念,将隐性因素以显性的方式表达出来,并排除不必要的因素干扰,以清晰快捷的方式辅助设计师工作。该研究方法不仅可以提高设计师的工作效率,减少企业研发成本,还能便于企业设计数据的管理,提高其市场竞争力。
[Abstract]:Intelligent computer aided work brings the experience of innovation efficiency for designers, but it ignores the important role of designer itself as the main body of design. It is found that there are a lot of researches on using intelligent CAD technology to replace designers, but less on direct assistance to designers. In the process of design, designers have to deal with many design elements at the same time, and the importance of design elements, and the relationship between them belongs to tacit knowledge, which is difficult to be directly grasped by designers. In this paper, the concept of gene regulation network (GRN) is used to sum up the node relationship and draw the GRN map, from which the tacit knowledge mentioned above can be separated to assist the designer's activities. In this paper, the current situation of the industrial design competition in recent years is investigated and the data is analyzed. With 1376 pieces of insulating cup entries in the 2008-2013 "China hardware Industry Design Competition" as the research carrier, the design factors of the entries are encoded. Taking the design elements of insulation cup as the node and the relationship between the design elements as the edge, the GRN of the insulation cup product is established, and the key nodes and node groups of the GRN are identified by network analysis technology. This paper analyzes the statistical characteristics of the winning works by comparing the GRN network structure of all the products and the shortlisted products, and gives some suggestions on the design of the insulation cup products. Based on the concept of GRN gene regulatory network, this paper expresses the recessive factors in a dominant way, eliminates unnecessary interference, and assists designers in a clear and quick way. This research method can not only improve the efficiency of designers, reduce the cost of enterprise R & D, but also facilitate the management of enterprise design data and improve their market competitiveness.
