数字化设计与制造技术驱动的设计创新方法研究与实践

【摘要】:信息及通讯等数字化技术的发展,不仅影响着设计的内容,也影响着设计过程的每一个环节。设计不再是技术开发或市场调研之后,生产制作之前的一个独立环节,而是与这些过程融合在一起。尤其随着3D打印、激光切割等技术的发展,以设计为导向的个人制造技术已经得到广泛关注,如何更好的对个人制造工具进行设计和评价成为亟待研究的课题。在工业设计领域,越来越多的研究工作致力于以数字化技术改造制造工具,使其工作效率更高、解决问题更准确、操作程度更简单,从而支持个性化的创造过程得以快速实现。本文立足于数字化设计与制造技术发展的前提,主要探讨个人制造工具的创新设计方法,从而实现以制造工具为媒介支持创造性的人机协同工作的目的。本文在理论研究与实践相结合的基础上,首先对设计与制造相关领域进行了广泛而深入的整理与总结,进而以设计为导向,提出了一个适用于大多数个人制造工具开发和改进的"设计+制造+X"的整合创新模型(简称"D+F+X"模型)。在该模型中,宏观的、模糊的、捉摸不定的设计问题被转化成"D"、"F"和"X"三要素之间的具体问题。其中,D代表设计(Design),提供面向具体问题的解决思路;F代表制造(Fabrication),提供生产制造过程中的工程技术;X代表跨学科知识,提供生产制造过程中的物质资料与经验。通过三者之间的整合与细化得出具体的实施方案,从而快速有效的创造出数字化工具。同时,该模型也给出了工具的评价标准,促进用户在使用工具的过程中进行有效的反思,并不断改进工具和拓展其应用领域,从而推动整个设计过程的发展。在"D+F+X"创新模型的基础上,本文成功的开展了模块化3D液体打印平台(xPrint)、网格化原型编织技术(xMesh)、游戏化交互工具(xPlay)等三项研究,进一步验证了该模型的可行性,为开发更广泛的个人制造工具提供了参考价值。综上所述,本文的主要贡献如下:(1)本文立足于设计与制造的交叉领域,基于大量的文献综述,提出了一个生态的、有步骤的"设计+制造+X"创新模型,并提供了具体的、有效的设计实施框架及评价标准。(2)在模型框架下,笔者针对三个不同领域分别开展了实践研究,并详细描述了整个设计过程及用户测试结果,进一步检验了模型在实施过程中发挥的创造性作用。(3)本文在三项案例实践中取得的数字化技术成果富有启发性,为人机交互及工业设计领域中数字化设计与数字化制造等相关课题的研究提供了参考价值。
[Abstract]:The development of digital technology, such as information and communication, not only affects the content of the design, but also affects every link of the design process. Design is no longer an independent part of production after technology development or market research, but is integrated with these processes. Especially with the development of 3D printing, laser cutting and other technologies, the design-oriented personal manufacturing technology has been widely concerned. How to better design and evaluate personal manufacturing tools has become an urgent research topic. In the field of industrial design, more and more research work is devoted to transforming manufacturing tools with digital technology to make them more efficient, more accurate in solving problems and simpler in operation, thus supporting the rapid realization of individualized creation process. Based on the premise of the development of digital design and manufacturing technology, this paper mainly discusses the innovative design methods of personal manufacturing tools, so as to realize the purpose of supporting creative man-machine cooperative work with manufacturing tools as media. On the basis of the combination of theoretical research and practice, this paper firstly summarizes the related fields of design and manufacture extensively and deeply, and then takes the design as the direction. An integrated innovation model ("D F X" model), which is suitable for the development and improvement of most personal manufacturing tools, is presented in this paper. In this model, macro, fuzzy and uncertain design problems are transformed into specific problems between "D", "F" and "X" elements. Among them, D represents design, provides concrete problem-oriented solutions and F represents manufacturing Fabrication.Engineering technology X in manufacturing process represents interdisciplinary knowledge, and material data and experience in manufacturing process are provided. Through the integration and refinement of the three to obtain the specific implementation plan, so as to quickly and effectively create a digital tool. At the same time, the model also gives the evaluation criteria of the tools, which can promote the users to reflect on the tools effectively, and constantly improve the tools and expand their application fields, so as to promote the development of the whole design process. On the basis of the innovative model of "D F X", this paper has successfully carried out three research projects, such as modularized 3D liquid print platform, mesh prototype knitting technology and game interactive tool, which further verify the feasibility of the model. It provides reference value for the development of a wider range of personal manufacturing tools. To sum up, the main contribution of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the cross-domain of design and manufacture, based on a large number of literature reviews, this paper proposes an ecological, step-by-step "design and manufacturing X" innovation model, and provides a concrete one. Under the framework of the model, the author carried out practical research in three different fields, and described the whole design process and user test results in detail. Further test the creative role of the model in the process of implementation. 3) the results of digital technology achieved in three cases in this paper are instructive. It provides reference value for the research of digital design and digital manufacturing in the field of human-computer interaction and industrial design.
