基于同步开关阻尼技术的噪声半主动控制

【摘要】:随着国家航空事业的发展,其航空器内部的低频噪声问题日益受到重视。压电材料由于其良好的机电耦合特性和频响特性,已被广泛应用于结构振动噪声控制之中。在基于压电材料的控制方法中,同步开关阻尼技术的半主动振动方法具有系统简单、控制效果稳定、易于集成化的特点,能够满足航天等领域对高可靠性和轻量化的要求,得到了广泛的关注。本文基于同步开关阻尼半主动噪声控制方法,通过对结构的目标振动模态的控制,降低了系统的低频噪声辐射,有效得提高了被控结构的低频隔声性能。研究首先从薄板的声辐射理论出发,通过数值分析的方法分析了薄板系统的声辐射声性和系统的声辐射模态,从而确定了薄板结构辐射低频噪声的主要结构表面振速分布形式。其次,采用有限元分析软件Abaqus分析了薄板结构的振动模态,确定了驱动器分布的位置。并且在有限元仿真软件中实现了对结构的半主动振动控制仿真,验证了半主动控制方法在抑制表面目标振速方面的有效性。最后,针对薄板结构的隔声问题,搭建了半主动噪声控制系统。实验以单频噪声、混合双频和白噪声三种激励方式对结构进行激励,采用半主动控制方法对三种激励方式下的薄板辐射噪声进行控制。实验结果表明,系统能够适应各种激励形式,并且控制算法简单,鲁棒性较高,有效得提高了薄板结构的低频隔声性能。本研究在内容上扩宽了同步开关阻尼技术的半主动控制技术的应用范围。
[Abstract]:With the development of national aviation industry, the problem of low frequency noise in aircraft has been paid more and more attention. Piezoelectric materials have been widely used in structural vibration and noise control due to their good electromechanical coupling characteristics and frequency response characteristics. In the control method based on piezoelectric materials, the semi-active vibration method based on synchronous switch damping technology has the characteristics of simple system, stable control effect, easy integration, and can meet the requirements of high reliability and lightweight in aerospace and other fields. Got a lot of attention. Based on the synchronous switch damped semi-active noise control method, the low frequency noise radiation of the system is reduced by controlling the vibration mode of the target, and the low frequency sound insulation performance of the controlled structure is improved effectively. Based on the sound radiation theory of thin plate, the acoustic radiation characteristics of thin plate system and the sound radiation mode of thin plate system are analyzed by numerical analysis method, and the main surface vibration velocity distribution form of thin plate structure radiated low frequency noise is determined. Secondly, the vibration mode of thin plate structure is analyzed by finite element analysis software Abaqus, and the location of actuator distribution is determined. The semi-active vibration control simulation of the structure is realized in the finite element simulation software, which verifies the effectiveness of the semi-active control method in suppressing the vibration velocity of the surface target. Finally, a semi-active noise control system is built for the sound insulation of thin plate structure. In the experiment, single frequency noise, mixed double frequency and white noise are used to excite the structure, and semi-active control method is used to control the radiation noise of thin plate under three excitation modes. The experimental results show that the system can adapt to various excitation forms, and the control algorithm is simple, the robustness is high, and the low frequency sound insulation performance of thin plate structure is improved effectively. In this paper, the application of semi-active control technology of synchronous switch damping technology is broadened.
