装配作业人因工程实验平台的设计与开发

【摘要】:为了增强人因工程教学的直观性,基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,以装配作业为对象,提出了一套装配作业人因工程综合评价方法,并介绍了装配作业人因工程实践平台的建立过程以及实现的主要功能。采用Visual Studio 2013编程软件和C#语言开发了装配作业人因工程评价实验平台,通过实验案例介绍本实验平台的实际使用效果以及应用价值。结果表明,该平台可以增强学生对人因工程知识的理解,为人因工程领域的实践与教学提供了行之有效的实验手段。
[Abstract]:In order to enhance the intuitiveness of human factor engineering teaching, based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a set of comprehensive evaluation method for assembly operation is proposed. The establishment process and main functions of assembly operator engineering practice platform are introduced. An experimental platform for assembly operator engineering evaluation is developed by using Visual Studio 2013 programming software and C # language. The practical application effect and application value of the platform are introduced by an experimental case. The results show that the platform can enhance the students' understanding of human engineering knowledge and provide an effective experimental means for the practice and teaching in the field of human factor engineering.
