位移传感器车间生产执行系统的开发

【摘要】:随着计算机的诞生和发展,信息技术的快速发展以一种前所未有的速度和力量冲击着当代企业运作模式。传统的制造业因效率低、成本高、资源共享率低、生产周期长等缺点已经不能适应社会发展的需要。因此,制造企业信息化就应运而生了。MES(生产执行系统)作为制造企业信息化的核心技术,在制造业信息化中发挥着至关重要的作用。 本文旨在开发一个基于实际车间生产状况、实现可配置和参数动态加载的MES系统。由于实际车间生产的产品种类不止一种,针对不同的产品需要配置出相应的生产流水线,因此本系统需要具有可配置性。由实际工序操作可知,该车间工序人员在进行本工序的操作时需要查看前面已执行工序的参数,但工序种类繁多,若为每一个工序设计一个参数界面则导致软件体积庞大,因此本系统需实现参数的动态加载。 本文首先基于实际位移传感器车间,分析了MES系统的具体需求,制定了基本的设计方案。然后对于系统的开发环境和应用数据库应用进行了阐述,接着对于系统中涉及到的关键技术——产品工序树的配置技术、产品加工实例树的加载技术、产品加工工序参数的动态加载技术、流水线反馈控制技术及技术实现进行了深入的研究。最后,对系统的主要功能模块应用界面进行了展示,特别是其可配置性和参数动态加载特点进行了详细的说明。
[Abstract]:With the birth and development of computer, the rapid development of information technology impacts on the operation mode of modern enterprises with an unprecedented speed and strength. The traditional manufacturing industry has been unable to meet the needs of social development because of its low efficiency, high cost, low resource sharing rate and long production cycle. Mes (production execution system), as the core technology of manufacturing enterprise informatization, plays an important role in manufacturing informatization. The aim of this paper is to develop a MES system which can be configured and dynamically loaded based on the actual workshop production condition. Because there are more than one kind of products produced in the actual workshop, the corresponding production lines are configured for different products, so the system needs to be configurable. It can be seen from the actual process operation that the workshop process personnel need to look at the parameters of the previous executed process when carrying out the operation of this process. However, there are many kinds of processes. If a parameter interface is designed for each process, the software volume will be huge. Therefore, the system needs to realize the dynamic loading of the parameters. In this paper, based on the actual displacement sensor workshop, the specific requirements of the MES system are analyzed, and the basic design scheme is worked out. Then the development environment and application database of the system are described, then the key technologies involved in the system-the configuration technology of the product process tree, the loading technology of the product processing case tree, are discussed. The dynamic loading technology, pipeline feedback control technology and technology realization of product processing process parameters are deeply studied. Finally, the application interface of the main functional modules of the system is shown, especially its configurability and dynamic loading characteristics of parameters are explained in detail.
