一种智能空调内机包装机的设计

【摘要】：目的设计一种由PLC控制的空调内机包装机,实现机器替代人工的目标。方法通过分析空调内机的包装生产过程,采用Solid Work软件分别建立空调内机定位、取泡沫垫、泡沫垫供给、包装箱供给和装箱等的三维模型,并对组成各机构的零部件进行机械设计。利用西门子S7-200 SMART PLC控制各个机构的步进电机和气缸的协调运作,实现空调内机的全自动包装。结果该包装机能对3种不同规格的空调内机进行全自动的包装。结论该包装机解决了空调内机全自动包装的难题,实现了机器替代人工的目标,提高了生产效率,并且该包装机能对多种不同规格的空调内机进行包装,具有广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to design a kind of air conditioning inner machine packaging machine controlled by PLC, and to realize the goal of machine replacing artificial machine. Methods by analyzing the packaging production process of air conditioning inner machine, the three dimensional models of air conditioning inner machine positioning, foam pad supply, packing box supply and packing box were established by using Solid Work software, and the mechanical design of the parts and components of each mechanism was carried out. Siemens S7 200 SMART PLC is used to control the coordinated operation of stepping motor and cylinder of each mechanism, and the automatic packaging of air conditioning inner machine is realized. Results the packaging machine can automatically package three kinds of air conditioning internal machines of different specifications. Conclusion the packaging machine solves the problem of automatic packing of air conditioning inner machine, realizes the goal of replacing manual by machine, and improves the production efficiency. The packaging machine can package many kinds of air conditioning inner machine of different specifications, so it has broad application prospect.
