【摘要】：2014年《办公自动化》杂志联合北京大学移动政务实验室推出"创新2.0与智慧生态城市"专栏以来已出版了十三期,并持续关注了国内创新2.0发展趋势及智慧生态城市发展的热点。包括习近平总书记强调的创新驱动发展"新常态",李克强总理为创客发展再"添柴"倡导大众创新、万众创业,丰富了创新2.0时代群众路线的内涵。新春伊始,柴静引爆社交媒体的"苍穹之下"再次引发人们对生态环境及城市可持续发展关注,并推动着创新2.0时代各方参与协作共治的合作民主新实践。创新2.0时代的开源创新、创客威客、众包众筹、工业4.0等等,基于互联网、大数据、人工智能、智能及其技术高度融合支撑下的颠覆性创新为我国迈向创新大国、智造强国带来新启示。值此羊年新春,顾旧望新,知识社会的创新2.0趋势在2015年又将为政府、社会、企业、国家治理、产业发展、智慧城市领域带来什么样的改变,哪些会成为这个领域的研究关注热点?本期我们特邀清华大学公共管理学院孟庆国教授、张楠副教授及北京大学移动政务实验室宋刚博士结合创新2.0研究社群的讨论以及本栏目去年的相关内容,就2015年创新2.0十大研究热点进行展望和点评分析。

On the occasion of the year of the goat, Gu old look new, knowledge society, innovation 2 trend in 2015 and for the government, society, enterprise, national governance, industry development, the field of smart city to bring what kind of change, what will become the research focus of this field? We invited Professor Meng Qingguo Public Management School of Tsinghua University, associate professor Zhang Nan of Peking University and Dr. Song Gang to discuss with the mobile e-government laboratory 2 innovation research community and this column last year, relevant content, analysis and comment on the prospect of hot 2015 innovation 20.
