【摘要】：正"服务型政府"的建设是伴随着我国行政改革的实践过程提出的政府建立的目标。党的十六届六中全会在《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》中更把建设服务型政府作为强化社会管理和公共管理的主要目标和任务之一。指遵循社会公正和民主,按公共参与和共同治理的法定机制和程序而组建起来的,为公民提供满意服务并承担相应责任的政府。随着服务型政府建设的不断推进,人们不仅关注政府的责任与功能,对于公民在构建服务型政府中的角色以及政府与公民的互动机制也逐渐重视起来。
[Abstract]:"Service-oriented government" The sixth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee, in the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on Building a harmonious Socialist Society", put forward the goal of establishing the government along with the practice of administrative reform in our country. In the sixth Plenary session of the 16 CPC Central Committee, it is even more important to build a socialist harmonious society. The establishment of service-oriented government as one of the main objectives and tasks of strengthening social management and public administration means following social justice and democracy. According to the legal mechanisms and procedures of public participation and common governance, the government that provides satisfactory services to citizens and assumes corresponding responsibilities. With the continuous development of service-oriented government construction. People pay attention not only to the responsibility and function of government, but also to the role of citizens in the construction of service-oriented government and the interactive mechanism between government and citizens.
