[Abstract]:It was a day ago. Professor Sheng Mingke, Ph. A book was published by China Social Sciences Publishing House. The third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee put forward the need to carry out in-depth management and management. The separation of evaluation and phase, the expansion of provincial government's right to coordinate education and the autonomy of school running, and the promotion of provincial government's power to coordinate education are the current ways to promote the fair development of education
