大工业与人:中船外高桥管理启示

【摘要】：正相对于汽车行业在人们日常生活中的影响力而言,船舶业只能自叹弗如。人们接触大型货轮、油轮、集装箱船的机会普遍不多,更难以了解船舶制造的工艺或船厂的管理流程。然而,对于管理研究者而言,船舶业可以说是工业技术管理和工业组织管理领域内最具代表性的行业。汽车行业曾是人类历史上技术与劳动最密集、组织分工最精细、上下游合作最复杂的工业门类,在这个行业里诞生了许多曾经或者正在流行的组织理论与工业工程理论,福特、通用、丰田等大型汽车组织内部的管理革新一次次引领了整个工业管理体系的升级,甚至对商业管理和公共管理的发展也产生了巨大影响。但在今天,由于流水线的普遍使用和自动化生产技术的日臻完善,汽车工业内机械作业的成分越来越重,人的因素在慢慢减少,使得它在工业组织管理领域的前沿性地位逐渐下降。
[Abstract]:Relative to the influence of the automobile industry in people's daily life, the shipping industry can only lament. Access to large freighters, tankers and container ships is generally limited, and it is more difficult to understand shipbuilding processes or shipyard management processes. However, for management researchers, shipbuilding is the most representative industry in the field of industrial technology management and industrial organization management. The automobile industry was once the most technologically and labour-intensive, the most sophisticated division of labor, the most complicated upstream and downstream cooperation in the history of mankind. In this industry, many organizational theories and industrial engineering theories, Ford, were or are being popular. Management innovation in large automobile organizations such as GM, Toyota has led to the upgrading of the whole industrial management system one after another, and has had a great impact on the development of business management and public management. But today, due to the widespread use of assembly lines and the improvement of automated production technology, the components of mechanical work in the automobile industry are getting heavier and heavier, and the human factor is slowly decreasing. It makes it in the field of industrial organization management progressive decline in the position.
