【摘要】：正一、个人简历潘雄锋,男,湖南省浏阳人,现任大连理工大学副教授、硕士生导师,《科学学研究》、《管理评论》、《公共管理学报》、《中国人口、资源与环境》、《中国科技论坛》、《资源科学》审稿专家。1998年9月至2002年7月就读于天津大学焊接工艺及设备,获得学学士学位;2002年9月至2007年10月就于大连理工大学管理科学与工程读硕士、博士,获得获得管理学博士;2007年10月至今,于大连理工大学任讲师、副教授。
