关于打造文化高地的若干思考

【摘要】：文化是一个政党、一个国家的精神旗帜,是一个民族的血脉和灵魂,是国家发展和民族振兴的强大力量。文化自信,是更基础、更广泛、更深厚的自信,是更基本、更深沉、更持久的力量。中原文化源远流长、博大精深,是中华文化的源头和代表,在历史上产生了不可估量的作用。在加快推进河南经济社会发展过程中,河南提出打造全国重要的文化高地,意义十分重大。然而打造文化高地是一个系统工程,需要精心谋划、科学布局,需要明确建设的指导思想、基本原则、工作目标、主要目的,需要制定切实可行的推进措施等,只有在深入研究、准确把握的前提下,采取有力措施,才能把这一精品工程、民心工程落到实处。
[Abstract]:Culture is a political party, the spiritual flag of a country, the blood and soul of a nation, and a powerful force for national development and national rejuvenation. Cultural confidence, is more basic, broader, deeper confidence, is more basic, deeper, more lasting strength. The Central Plains culture has a long history and is the source and representative of Chinese culture, which has played an inestimable role in history. In the process of accelerating Henan's economic and social development, Henan proposes to build an important cultural highland in the country, which is of great significance. However, building a cultural highland is a systematic project, which requires careful planning, scientific distribution, clear guiding ideology, basic principles, working objectives, main objectives, and practical measures to promote it. Only under the premise of deep research and accurate grasp, can we carry out this excellent project and the project of people's heart.
