【摘要】：正当下中国,客观地存在着两个主要的舆论场,一个是以党报党刊、各级电视台和通讯社等"主流媒体舆论场",忠实地宣传党和政府的政策,传播社会主义核心价值观;一个是依托于口口相传特别是互联网的民间舆论场,人们在微博客、BBS上议论时事,针砭社会、品评政府的公共管理。不可否认,互闻网已经成为"思想文化信息的集散地和社会舆论的放大器",改写了"舆论引导新格局"。这其中,一些社会矛盾借助互联网凸显、放大,把地区性问题变成全局性问题,把行业性问题变成普遍性问题,威胁社会稳定,甚至酿成社会危机。因而,在互联网时代,如何维护政府公信力,成为
[Abstract]:Just under China, there are two main public opinion fields objectively, one is "mainstream media opinion field", such as party newspaper, TV station and news agency at all levels, which faithfully propagate the policies of the Party and the government and propagate the socialist core values; One is based on word of mouth, especially the Internet, where people talk about current affairs on microblogs, BBS, criticize society, and comment on the public administration of the government. Undeniably, the mutual news network has become the "ideological and cultural information distribution center and the amplifier of social public opinion", and has rewritten "the new pattern of public opinion guidance".
