行为主义学习理论在公共管理教学中的多元融合探析

【摘要】:行为主义学习理论作为一个极富影响力的理论,起源于20世纪初的美国,其后产生较大影响。随着时代的发展,行为主义学习理论的观点虽受到一些批判,但其理论与实证可操作性的研究方法仍存在科学合理的部分,值得我们研究和利用在日常课程教学中。公共管理学课程因其理论知识较多,在传统课程教学中经常存在着以教师传授为主、课堂教学形式单一或者和结果评价为主的局限,使理论学习与实践学习出现严重分离,难以提高学生学习的积极性且教学效果不佳,本文着重从行为主义学习理论的要义出发,结合教学实践,探析行为主义学习理论在公共管理课程教学中的多元融合,以及推进公共管理课程教学的实践意义。
[Abstract]:Behaviorist learning theory, as an influential theory, originated in America at the beginning of the 20th century, and has had a great influence since then. With the development of the times, although the viewpoint of behaviorist learning theory has been criticized, there is still a scientific and reasonable part of the theoretical and empirical operable research methods, which is worthy of our study and utilization in the daily curriculum teaching. Because of its more theoretical knowledge, there are many limitations in the traditional curriculum teaching, such as teacher teaching, single classroom teaching or evaluation of results, which makes theoretical learning and practical learning seriously separate. It is difficult to improve the enthusiasm of students and the teaching effect is not good. This paper focuses on the main point of behaviorism learning theory, combining with teaching practice, to explore the plural integration of behaviorism learning theory in the teaching of public management curriculum. And the practical significance of promoting the public management course teaching.
