厦门日报报业集团产业化发展研究

【摘要】:当前,在以互联网为代表的新型媒体冲击下,国内报业集团的产业化发展已经步入了一个新的阶段。我国报业集团通过进行多元化、专业化经营,跨媒体经营,向数字化转型,推动产业化发展,在竞争激烈的市场中不断做大做强。国内报业集团取得的成绩表明,组建报业集团、进行产业化发展,是一条适应中国国情的社会主义传媒改革之路、壮大之路。厦门日报该如何紧随时代脚步,进一步推进改革,进行报业集团产业化发展呢? 本文以厦门日报社为对象,运用公共管理的系统理论,首先研究国内外报业集团产业化发展的特点和基本路径,并借鉴其先进的发展经验,接着对厦门日报发展的独特历程和外部环境进行宏观环境分析、SWOT分析,在对厦门日报产业化发展的优势和制约因素有了充分认识的基础上,探讨报业集团的产业化发展路径,进而得出厦门日报报业集团进行产业化发展的战略实施步骤、模式选择。在接下来的5至10年,厦门日报应着力于结构调整、能力建设、品牌建设,才能进一步解决体制机制问题,提升报业集团的竞争力,在未来发展中创造新的辉煌。
[Abstract]:At present, under the impact of the new media represented by the Internet, the industrialization development of domestic newspaper groups has entered a new stage. Through diversified, professional management, cross-media management, to digital transformation, to promote the development of industrialization, newspaper groups in China continue to expand and strengthen in the competitive market. The achievements of domestic newspaper groups show that the establishment of newspaper groups and the development of industrialization is a way of socialist media reform and growth to adapt to China's national conditions. How should Xiamen Daily follow the footsteps of the times, further promote the reform, and carry on the industrialization development of the newspaper group? Taking Xiamen Daily as the object, using the system theory of public management, this paper first studies the characteristics and basic paths of the industrialization development of domestic and foreign newspaper groups, and draws lessons from its advanced development experience. Then the unique course and external environment of Xiamen Daily are analyzed by macro environment analysis and SWOT analysis. On the basis of fully understanding the advantages and constraints of Xiamen Daily's industrialization development, this paper probes into the industrialization development path of Xiamen Daily Group. Furthermore, the strategic implementation steps and mode choice of Xiamen Daily newspaper Group for industrialization development are obtained. In the next 5 to 10 years, Xiamen Daily should focus on structural adjustment, capacity building and brand building in order to further solve the problem of institutional mechanism, enhance the competitiveness of newspaper groups, and create new brilliance in the future development.
