L县公务员职业压力来源及缓解策略研究

【摘要】:当前,我国正处于转型时期,经济和社会等各方面飞速发展,有不少相关调查研究表明,公务员作为处理社会公共管理事务的主体,越来越面临着巨大的职业压力,有些公务员常常感到身心疲惫,对工作产生倦怠感,还常常有一些公务员长期处于医学界所定义的“第三种状态”——没病但又不健康的状态,从而使他们不能在工作中充分发挥潜力和积极性,不能发现并享受生活和工作中的乐趣,不能以充沛的精力和饱满的热情应对自身的工作。在对L县公务员职业压力的调查中发现,,L县公务员承受着较重的职业压力。因此,对L县公务员职业压力的研究有利于提高L县公务员的职业压力应对能力,有利于保证L县公务员的工作效率和身心健康,进而提高L县政府的管理水平和整体效能。 本文共分为五个部分。第一部分,绪论。在这部分中,首先介绍了论文选题的背景和该选题的国内外研究状况,阐述研究的意义。之后,介绍本文研究的具体思路,所采用的研究方法,以及本文研究可能存在的创新之处。第二部分,基本概念界定和理论基础。归纳总结得出本文研究涉及到三个基本概念,并介绍罗宾斯的压力源理论,作为本文研究的理论基础。第三部分,L县公务员职业压力现状与影响。通过问卷调查和数据分析,得出L县公务员职业压力程度和影响因素,综合分析职业压力对公务员的积极和消极影响。第四部分,L县公务员职业压力来源分析。结合压力源理论,从环境、组织和个人三个层面全面分析L县公务员职业压力源自何处。第五部分,L县公务员职业压力缓解策略。切实结合理论和具体压力来源,从环境、组织和个人三个层面提出缓解公务员职业压力的对策,这对于缓解L县公务员的职业压力具有重要的现实意义。 通过本研究,希望能弥补关于县级公务员群体职业压力研究的欠缺,为县级公务员提供行之有效的职业压力缓解策略。但由于研究条件限制和本人能力有限,本研究还存在着一些不足之处,有待于日后继续深入的研究。同时本文提出的职业压力缓解策略的实际效果也有待于在日后实践中得以检验和证明。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in a period of transition, and the economy, society and other aspects are developing rapidly. Many relevant investigations and studies show that civil servants, as the main body of dealing with social and public management affairs, are more and more facing great professional pressure. Some civil servants often feel physically and mentally tired and have a sense of job burnout. There are also often some civil servants who have been in the "third state" defined by the medical profession for a long time, which is not sick but unhealthy, so that they can not give full play to their potential and enthusiasm in their work, can not find and enjoy the fun of life and work, and can not deal with their own work with abundant energy and enthusiasm. In the investigation of occupational stress of civil servants in L county, it is found that civil servants in L county bear heavy occupational pressure. Therefore, the study of occupational stress of L county civil servants is helpful to improve the occupational stress coping ability of L county civil servants, to ensure the working efficiency and physical and mental health of L county civil servants, and then to improve the management level and overall efficiency of L county government. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. In this part, the background of the topic and the research status at home and abroad are introduced, and the significance of the research is expounded. After that, this paper introduces the specific ideas of this study, the research methods used, as well as the possible innovations of this study. The second part, the definition of basic concepts and theoretical basis. It is concluded that there are three basic concepts involved in this study, and Robbins' stress source theory is introduced as the theoretical basis of this paper. The third part, the L county civil servant occupation pressure present situation and the influence. Through questionnaire survey and data analysis, the degree and influencing factors of occupational stress of civil servants in L county are obtained, and the positive and negative effects of occupational stress on civil servants are comprehensively analyzed. The fourth part, L county civil servants occupational stress source analysis. Combined with the theory of stress source, this paper analyzes the source of occupational stress of civil servants in L county from three aspects: environment, organization and individual. The fifth part, L county civil servants occupational stress relief strategy. Combined with theory and specific sources of pressure, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the professional stress of civil servants from three aspects: environment, organization and individual, which is of great practical significance to alleviate the professional stress of civil servants in L county. Through this study, I hope to make up for the lack of research on occupational stress of county-level civil servants, and provide effective strategies to alleviate occupational stress for county-level civil servants. However, due to the limitations of research conditions and my limited ability, there are still some shortcomings in this study, which need to be further studied in the future. At the same time, the practical effect of occupational stress relief strategy proposed in this paper needs to be tested and proved in future practice.
