加强未成年人社区活动场所建设研究——以哈尔滨市为例

【摘要】：加强社区对于未成年人的教育功能,既是政府实现有效公共管理的理性选择,也是社区主动承担起促进广大未成年人健康成长、完成社会化这一职责的必然需求。而作为社区未成人教育的重要载体,未成年人社区活动场所发挥着重要的作用。本文以哈尔滨市为例首先分析未成年人社区活动场所建设的重要意义,然后分析未成年人社区活动场所的现状和存在的不足,最后提出完善未成年人社区活动场所的对策,即提高重视,建立规划;加大力度,保障投入;加强人才建设,保证活动质量;丰富活动形式,增加吸引力;加强宣传力度,提高知晓率。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the educational function of the community for minors is not only a rational choice for the government to realize effective public management, but also an inevitable demand for the community to take the initiative to undertake the responsibility of promoting the healthy growth and socialization of the majority of minors. As an important carrier of community underage education, juvenile community activities play an important role. Taking Harbin as an example, this paper first analyzes the significance of the construction of community activity places for minors, then analyzes the present situation and existing shortcomings of community activity places for minors, and finally puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the places of community activities for minors, that is, to pay more attention to, establish planning, strengthen efforts to guarantee investment, strengthen the construction of talents and ensure the quality of activities, enrich the forms of activities and increase the attraction. Strengthen propaganda and improve awareness rate.
