从新公共管理理论探析高校契约管理模式

【摘要】：随着高等教育改革不断深入,传统高校管理模式已经不能满足现代社会的发展需要,而契约管理比制度管理更加符合高校管理的服务宗旨,在学生管理工作中能够更加全面地体现出学生的主体意识,并促进高校学生管理制度不断完善。
