新公共管理中的反思、批判与超越

【摘要】：新公共管理理论的兴起,对传统公共行政的理论基础、学科结构、研究方法和范围进行了创新,对解决政府的管理危机进行了有效的指导,并为西方政府的改革提供了新的模式和思路。本文从新公共管理理论的价值取向、实践模式和立论模式等方面入手,对新公共管理理论的实质进行了客观的分析,以其为行政改革和研究发挥很好的指导和推动作用。
[Abstract]:The rise of the new public management theory innovates the theoretical basis, subject structure, research methods and scope of traditional public administration, provides effective guidance for solving the management crisis of the government, and provides a new model and train of thought for the reform of the western government. Starting from the value orientation, practical mode and theoretical model of the new public management theory, this paper makes an objective analysis of the essence of the new public management theory, so as to play a good guiding and promoting role in the administrative reform and research.
