基于CPFR模型的C公司库存管理应用研究

【摘要】:在当前竞争激烈的市场环境中,企业如何有效地降低供应链管理成本,提高供应链的整体效率显得日趋重要。而库存管理又是供应链管理的一个重要组成部分。传统的库存管理侧重于对本企业库存预测和管理,而基于信息共享的供应链库存管理更强调供应链的全体成员参与和协同的库存管理,将显著降低整体供应链库存,实现共同参与企业的双赢。 本文对供应商管理库存、联合管理库存理论进行了概述,并对CPFR(协作计划、预测和补给)的概念、来源、指导原则和实施步骤进行了详尽的阐述,在此基础上对上述三种管理模式进行优缺点的比较,重点强调了实施CPFR在降低库存和提高服务水平上的优势。在分析了C公司的现状和其库存管理中存在的问题后,进行了基于CPFR模式对其进行库存管理改革的可行性研究,并提出了实施建议。着重陈述了C公司可采取的库存设置方式和补货模型、建立库存材料的监管体系、供应商的选取原则和相应的管理方式、利润在合作企业间的分配原则和机制以及供应链合作企业面对例外情况的处理机制,以期通过这些改进有效提高C公司与供应商的协同预测水平,,显著降低库存和节约企业成本。最后为C公司能够顺利实施CPFR,提出了三点保障措施。
[Abstract]:In the current competitive market environment, how to effectively reduce the cost of supply chain management. It is increasingly important to improve the overall efficiency of supply chain, and inventory management is an important part of supply chain management. Traditional inventory management focuses on the prediction and management of the enterprise inventory. The information sharing based supply chain inventory management emphasizes the participation of all members of the supply chain and collaborative inventory management, which will significantly reduce the overall supply chain inventory, and achieve a win-win situation for the participating enterprises. This paper summarizes the theory of vendor managed inventory and joint management inventory, and elaborates the concept, source, guiding principles and implementation steps of CPFR (Collaborative Plan, Prediction and Replenishment). On this basis, the advantages and disadvantages of the above three management models are compared. Emphasis is placed on the advantages of implementing CPFR in reducing inventory and improving service level. After analyzing the current situation of company C and the existing problems in its inventory management. The feasibility study of inventory management reform based on CPFR mode is carried out, and some suggestions are put forward. The inventory setting mode and replenishment model can be adopted by C company are emphatically stated. Establish inventory materials supervision system, supplier selection principles and corresponding management methods, profit distribution principles and mechanisms among the cooperative enterprises and supply chain cooperative enterprises to deal with the exception mechanism. It is expected that these improvements can effectively improve the level of collaborative prediction between C Company and suppliers, significantly reduce inventory and save enterprise costs. Finally, three safeguard measures are put forward for C Company to implement CPFRsuccessfully.
