中小企业供应链融资模式及其应用研究

【摘要】：由于中小企业存在着无担保、无抵押、无报表的情况，对于传统的银行考察单个中小企业资信情况的融资模式来说，大多数中小企业无法达到向银行申请授信的要求，因此如何解决中小企业融资难问题一直是我们大家讨论的问题。供应链融资的出现某种程度上较好地解决了这一问题。而对于银行来说，如何增加他们自身的收益最受其关心，所以也设计出了各种各样有关供应链融资的产品来满足市场的需求。本文研究了供应链融资是如何解决中小企业融资难问题的，主要探讨了供应链融资的模式以及其应用。在我国供应链融资作为新兴的融资模式，发展不够完善，一些企业对它的概念还比较模糊。本文首先介绍了供应链融资有关的理论，包括了供应链融资理论、供应链的含义、特征与对中小企业发展的意义以及供应链融资与传统银行贷款业务的区别。紧接着，介绍了供应链融资的运作，分别从银行与中小企业的角度探究了供应链融资如何具体操作的。进而研究了其运作的主要模式，主要包括：应收账款融资模式、存货质押融资模式、预付账款融资模式，并将这三者进行了比较，解释了在采购、生产、销售的这三种阶段如何选择对应的供应链融资模式。为了更好的说明供应链融资在实际运用中的有效性，本文例举了应收账款融资案例，结合实际探讨了供应链融资的运作过程。文章的最后提出了如何优化供应链融资模式的几点建议。包括实施供应链融资的金融政策支持、加强供应链融资各参与主体的合作，实现信息的充分共享、大力大展物流企业和加强供应链融资产品和技术的创新。本文采用了对比分析法、案例分析法对供应链融资模式及其应用进行了研究。创新之处主要是站在中小企业与银行第三者的角度上来看供应链融资是如何解决中小企业融资难问题的，并且分别从银行与中小企业角度分析供应链融资的运作，，此外对应收账款融资模式的案例进行了过程分析，希望能够为参与供应链融资银行或企业提供一些帮助。
[Abstract]:Because of the existence of unsecured, unsecured, and unreported, the traditional financing mode of banks examining the credit situation of individual SMEs. Most SMEs are unable to meet the requirements of applying for credit to banks. Therefore, how to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs has been discussed by all of us. The emergence of supply chain financing has solved this problem to a certain extent. But for banks. How to increase their own income is most concerned by them. So we also designed a variety of supply chain financing products to meet the needs of the market. This paper studies how supply chain financing is to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs. This paper mainly discusses the mode of supply chain financing and its application. As a new financing mode, supply chain financing is not perfect in our country, and some enterprises still have a vague concept about it. Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of supply chain financing, including supply chain financing theory. The meaning, characteristics and significance to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the difference between supply chain financing and traditional bank loan business. Then, the operation of supply chain financing is introduced. Respectively from the perspective of banks and small and medium-sized enterprises to explore how the specific operation of supply chain financing, and then studied its main operation model, including: accounts receivable financing mode, inventory pledge financing mode. Prepaid account financing model, and compare these three, explain in the procurement, production. In order to better illustrate the effectiveness of supply chain financing in practice, this paper gives examples of accounts receivable financing cases. Finally, some suggestions on how to optimize the supply chain financing model are put forward, including the financial policy support to implement the supply chain financing. We should strengthen the cooperation of all participants in supply chain financing, realize the full sharing of information, vigorously develop logistics enterprises and strengthen the innovation of supply chain financing products and technologies. A comparative analysis method is used in this paper. The innovation is how to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs from the perspective of SMEs and bank third parties. And from the perspective of banks and small and medium-sized enterprises to analyze the operation of supply chain financing, in addition to the accounts receivable financing model of the process analysis. Hope to be able to participate in supply chain financing banks or enterprises to provide some help.
