碳排放限制对再制造供应链的影响

【摘要】:随着人们的生产、营销和消费意识的进步,低碳经济逐步被政府和企业看重,成为现代经济发展的主要方向之一。低碳经济是新时期经济可持续发展的新方向之一,传统的经济增长模式已无法适应时代的要求,各行业经济技术的跨越式进步给低碳经济的发展提供了良好的技术与机制支撑,使得人们的生活方式和消费方式不断进步。再制造能够有效缓解对资源的消耗和废弃物的遗弃,其巨大的社会效益和经济效益使其成为制造商应对低碳经济的重要决策。 本文主要研究低碳经济对再制造闭环供应链及其参与方决策的影响。通过建立制造商与零售商的两级供应链,运用博弈论的理论与方法,分别考虑原产品和再制造产品无差异和存在差异两种情况下,碳排放限制给供应链利润及其决策带来的变化。此外,在两种产品有差异的基础之上还讨论了存在绿色消费者这一特殊群体的供应链运作情况。本文主要结论为:(1)原产品与再制造产品无差异时,若再制造减排水平较高,产品的零售价格和批发价格较无碳排放限制前更低,再制造产品的回收比例提高,制造商和零售商将会获得额外的利润,制造企业的碳排放总量和平均碳排放量均小于无限制时的相应值;(2)原产品与再制造产品有差异时,碳排放限制会导致两种产品的零售价格和批发价格上涨,两种产品的差异程度较大情况下,制造商和零售商所获得的利润将高于无限制时的利润值;(3)当市场中存在偏好再制造产品的绿色消费者且其所占比例较大时,政府限额越高,制造商的利润越高;(4)当原产品与再制造产品有差异时,政府碳排放限制能有效控制制造企业的碳排放总量,达到减排的目的。
[Abstract]:With the progress of people's consciousness of production, marketing and consumption, low carbon economy is gradually valued by the government and enterprises, and becomes one of the main directions of modern economic development. Low carbon economy is one of the new directions of sustainable development of economy in the new period. The traditional economic growth model has been unable to meet the requirements of the times. The leapfrog progress of economic technology in various industries has provided a good technical and mechanism support for the development of low-carbon economy. Remanufacturing can effectively alleviate the consumption of resources and the abandonment of waste, and its huge social and economic benefits make it an important decision for manufacturers to deal with low-carbon economy. This paper mainly studies the influence of low carbon economy on the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain and its participants' decision. By establishing a two-level supply chain between manufacturer and retailer, this paper applies the theory and method of game theory. Considering the difference between the original product and the remanufactured product, the change of the supply chain profit and its decision is caused by the carbon emission limitation. On the basis of the difference between the two products, the paper also discusses the supply chain operation of the special group of green consumers. The main conclusion of this paper is: (1) if there is no difference between the original product and the remanufactured product, if the level of remanufacturing emission reduction is high, The retail and wholesale prices of products are lower than before the carbon-free emissions limit, the recycling rate of remanufactured products is increased, and manufacturers and retailers will benefit from additional profits. The total amount of carbon emissions and the average carbon emissions of manufacturing enterprises are less than the corresponding value of non-limited products.) when there is a difference between the original product and the remanufactured product, the carbon emission limit will lead to the increase of retail and wholesale prices of the two products. When the difference between the two products is greater, manufacturers and retailers will earn a higher profit than the unconstrained profit. When there are green consumers who prefer remanufactured products in the market and their proportion is larger, the higher the government limit is. When there are differences between original products and remanufactured products, government carbon emission limits can effectively control the total amount of carbon emissions of manufacturing enterprises and achieve the purpose of reducing emissions.
