再生资源供应链运行与协调机制研究

【摘要】:随着资源匮乏程度的加深,生活环境要求的提高,市场竞争的加居,在循环经济的大背景下,迫切需求再生资源企业改变传统落后的组织运作模式,设计科学的运作思路提升自身竞争力,协调遍布各行业的再生资源企业间的交流,联合各再生资源节点企业形成高效运作的供应组织,同时实现再生资源产业生态效益、社会效益和经济效益。以再生资源和供应链运行、协调的相关理论为基础,针对再生资源供应链运作过程中存在障碍,对再生资源企业间的组织运行模式和协调机制进行了研究。在广泛浏览再生资源和供应链相关理论基础上,从再生资源回收利用流程入手,构建和描述了再生资源供应链的网络结构,分析其供应链节点企业间的相互关系和运行过程。通过探讨再生资源供应链运行过程中经济效益与生态效益、节点企业目标与利益冲突问题,从再生资源产品的本质属性、企业间的合作与竞争关系出发探究造成各种矛盾冲突的根本原因,并从总体上归纳了再生资源供应链协调的驱动因素,提炼出运行过程中的主要问题。根据再生资源属性选择了推拉式运作模式,并以此为主导研究思想,对再生资源供应链主体企业间进行博弈分析,分别用回收企业联合供应和初、深加工企业质量成本分摊的方式,设计再生资源供应链推拉式运作下分阶段的企业间定价协调机制,以废钢铁的回收利用过程为例对模型进行数值仿真,并从再生资源供应链各关键控制点出发构建一个划分访问权限层级的信息共享系统。研究表明供应驱动式的回收企业联合定价和质量成本在初、深加工企业间的线性分摊可以有效协调再生资源供应链企业间的冲突,实现供应链结构的改善和运行效益的提高,将传统再生资源产业改造成更加适应社会发展需求的新型行业,在促进废弃物到资源的转化的同时高度参与市场竞争,获取竞争优势,为循环经济的发展提供强大驱动力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of resource scarcity, the improvement of living environment and the increase of market competition, under the background of circular economy, there is an urgent need for renewable resource enterprises to change the traditional backward organization operation mode. Design scientific operation ideas to enhance their own competitiveness, coordinate the exchange of renewable resources enterprises all over the industry, unite the renewable resource node enterprises to form efficient supply organizations, and realize ecological benefits of renewable resources industry. Social and economic benefits. Based on the relevant theories of renewable resources and supply chain operation and coordination, this paper aims at the obstacles in the operation of renewable resources supply chain. This paper studies the organization operation mode and coordination mechanism among renewable resource enterprises. Based on the extensive review of the relevant theories of renewable resources and supply chain, this paper starts with the recycling process of renewable resources. This paper constructs and describes the network structure of the renewable resource supply chain, analyzes the interrelation and operation process among the supply chain node enterprises, and probes into the economic and ecological benefits in the operation of the renewable resource supply chain. On the basis of the essential attributes of renewable resource products and the relationship between cooperation and competition among enterprises, this paper explores the root causes of various contradictions and conflicts. The driving factors of supply chain coordination of renewable resources are summarized, and the main problems in the operation process are abstracted. According to the attributes of regenerated resources, the push-pull operation mode is selected, and it is the leading research idea. The game analysis between the main enterprises of the renewable resource supply chain is carried out, and the way of quality cost sharing between the recovery enterprise and the initial, deep processing enterprise is used respectively. Under the push-pull operation of renewable resource supply chain, the pricing coordination mechanism among enterprises is designed, and the model is numerically simulated with the recycling process of scrap iron and steel as an example. Based on the key control points of the renewable resource supply chain, an information sharing system with access authority levels is constructed. The linear allocation among the deep processing enterprises can effectively coordinate the conflicts between the enterprises in the renewable resource supply chain, and realize the improvement of the supply chain structure and the improvement of the operation efficiency. By transforming the traditional renewable resource industry into a new type of industry which is more suitable for the needs of social development, we can promote the transformation from waste to resources and participate in the market competition to obtain the competitive advantage, which will provide a powerful driving force for the development of circular economy.
