【摘要】：目前市场的竞争已经不再是企业相互之间的竞争,而是供应链间的竞争,因此供应链管理受到了前所未有的重视。供应链管理强调的是上下游企业间的战略合作,实现企业的竞争力最优化。供应商管理作为供应链管理中的一个重要组成部分,其管理的效果决定了整个供应链的运作效率,直接关系到企业在市场竞争中的地位。因此,供应商管理也越来越被企业所关注。本文以A化工公司为研究对象,在对A化工公司的业务现状进行剖析的基础上,提出了A化工公司在供应商管理方面面临采购成本过高、供应商产品质量不稳定和供应商交货不及时等三个问题。然后运用供应商管理相关的理论和方法,从供应商选择及评价、供应商分类和供应商的发展与管理三个角度对上述问题进行了原因分析。最后,提出了优化供应商选择与评价机制、优化供应商的分类管理以及优化供应商发展和管理制度等三方面的优化建议。希望能使A化工公司通过自身供应商管理的优化来改进采购成本、质量、交货期方面的绩效指标,最终达到增强企业竞争力的目的。
[Abstract]:At present, the market competition is no longer the competition among enterprises, but the competition between supply chains, so supply chain management has received unprecedented attention. Supply chain management emphasizes the strategic cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises. As an important part of supply chain management, the effect of supplier management determines the operation efficiency of the whole supply chain and directly relates to the position of the enterprise in the market competition. Supplier management has been paid more and more attention to by enterprises. Based on the analysis of the business situation of A chemical company, this paper takes A chemical company as the research object, and points out that the A chemical company is faced with high purchasing cost in the aspect of supplier management. Supplier quality instability and supplier delivery on time. Then use supplier management related theories and methods, from supplier selection and evaluation, The causes of the above problems are analyzed from the perspectives of supplier classification and supplier development and management. Finally, the optimization of supplier selection and evaluation mechanism is proposed. Optimization of supplier classification management and optimization of supplier development and management system. It is hoped that A Chemical Company can improve its purchasing cost, quality and delivery date by optimizing its supplier management. Finally, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
