九升兔业养殖生产信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着社会的进一步发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越重视生活品质,越来越关注生活中的各种消费品的质量安全问题,世界各个国家都加大了消费品安全体系的建立,以保证消费品的安全,中国更是将食品安全管理以药品的要求来规范,完善了食品生产信息控制,在食品质量安全管理手段中引入了食品可追溯系统。现在产品追溯范围也已经由过去的只追溯产品的物料使用情况,发展到现在对产品在养殖阶段、生产处理阶段以及产品出货后的物流状况的追溯。在畜禽类产品的追溯信息系统中,养殖过程也是一个重要环节,从育种、养殖到精深加工,全程都有科学的管理和严格的质量控制,而生产加工过程则衔接了产品原料供应链和成品销售链两个部分,在可追溯系统中对产品的进行标识和从养殖到生产全过程追踪起到了重要的作用。本文根据我国现阶段肉兔养殖、生产和销售的情况,并以四川九升食品有限公司食品公司为例,从肉兔的养殖阶段佩戴的耳标号到兔肉产品销售环节的标签条码,通过肉兔子耳标的唯一性确定其身份,从育种、养殖、回收、屠宰、加工、检测、包装等养殖过程、生产过程及信息链中利用肉兔的个体标识技术,对原料,半成品、成品进行标识、记录、管理,从而建立从育种、饲养、加工到销售的全程过程的信息可追溯系统。主要的研究内容和结果如下:1.对肉兔产品从养殖到生产信息的可追溯系统,进行整体上的分析和设计,使标识信息与产品个体形成一个信息流程链路,将工厂原有的“管家婆”软件进行了,建立了工厂的信息化控制系统,达到了兔肉生产信息追溯的目的。2.采用EAN·UCC系统对肉兔产品的个体进行统一的唯一的标识,并以四川九升食品有限公司的兔肉产品追溯为例,根据其特点集成RFID(无线射频识别)和条码技术等自动识别技术对产品个体信息化数据进行自动识别、自动采集,为产品安全追溯系统对产品个体的“身份”的跟踪与识别提供了信息传递的基础。3.阐述了兔肉产品养殖、生产信息可追溯系统实现的方法,通过对肉兔养殖环节、精深加工环节的分析,建立了可追溯的兔肉信息链,追溯过程中使用了个体追溯与批量追溯在同一系统中的综合使用,方法简单易行,也达到了追溯要求。论文研究的兔子养殖、生产、销售信息系统,在四川眉山市九升食品有限公司进行了初步实施和验证,具有较好的效果,能够反应出兔肉养殖生产加工信息的要求。
[Abstract]:With the further development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life and the quality and safety of all kinds of consumer goods.Every country in the world has increased the establishment of a consumer product safety system to ensure the safety of consumer goods. China has standardized the management of food safety according to the requirements of drugs and perfected the information control of food production.Food traceability system is introduced into food quality and safety management.Now the scope of product traceability has also been developed from the past only to trace the material use of the product to the current product in the aquaculture stage, production processing stage and the logistics status of the product after shipment.In the traceability information system of livestock and poultry products, the breeding process is also an important link. From breeding, breeding to intensive processing, the whole process has scientific management and strict quality control.The process of production and processing links the supply chain of raw materials and the chain of sale of finished products, which plays an important role in the traceability system for the identification of products and the tracing from aquaculture to the whole process of production.According to the current situation of meat rabbit breeding, production and sale in our country, and taking Sichuan Jiusheng Food Co., Ltd as an example, from the ear number worn in the breeding stage of meat rabbit to the label bar code of rabbit meat product sales link,The identity of meat rabbit is determined by the uniqueness of its ear label. From the breeding, breeding, recycling, slaughtering, processing, testing, packaging and other breeding processes, the production process and the information chain use the individual identification technology of the meat rabbit to make use of the raw materials and semi-finished products.Product identification, recording, management, thus establishing a breeding, feeding, processing to sales of the entire process of information traceability system.The main contents and results are as follows: 1.The traceability system of the information from breeding to production of rabbit products is analyzed and designed as a whole, so that the identification information and the product individual form an information flow link, and the original "management and parenthood" software of the factory is carried out.The information control system of the factory has been established, and the aim of tracing the information of rabbit meat production has been achieved. 2. 2.The EAN UCC system is used to identify the individual meat rabbit products. The rabbit meat products of Sichuan Jiusheng Food Co., Ltd. are taken as an example.According to its characteristics, automatic identification technology such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and bar code technology is integrated to automatically identify and collect the product individual information data.For the product safety traceability system to the product individual "identity" tracking and identification provides the information transmission foundation. 3.This paper expounds the method of realizing the production information traceability system of rabbit meat products and establishes the information chain of rabbit meat traceable by analyzing the links of rabbit breeding and deep processing.In the process of tracing, the combination of individual tracing and batch tracing in the same system is used. The method is simple and easy to use, and it also meets the requirement of traceability.The information system of rabbit breeding, production and sale studied in this paper has been preliminarily implemented and verified in Jiusheng Food Co., Ltd., Meishan City, Sichuan Province. It has a good effect and can reflect the requirement of processing information for rabbit meat breeding.
