乳制品供应链系统协同演化发展研究

【摘要】:本文研究的目的是:主要利用自组织理论体系中的协同学和耗散结构理论,解释分析影响乳制品供应链系统协同演化的关键因素,以及乳制品供应链系统的演化机理,为乳制品供应链核心企业提升竞争力提供理论依据。随着经济的发展,核心企业之间的竞争逐渐演变为供应链之间的竞争。在供应链的研究中上,节点企业间的作用关系及对系统的影响机理一直以来都是学界研究的重点方向,在现有的研究文献当中,从系统角度对我国乳制品供应链进行演化发展分析的文献非常有限。本文立足于自组织理论,通过查阅大量的相关文献,以供应链系统的角度,结合当前乳制品行业的行业特征情况来完成对乳制品供应链系统的协同演化研究。自组织理论自问世以来,反响颇大,不仅使用于自然科学的研究领域,亦可应用于社会经济体系的规律研究。本文利用理论与实践相结合的研究方法,通过查阅大量的相关文献对乳制品供应链系统的协同演化规律进行研究。通过深入分析乳制品供应链系统的系统特征,首先从定性角度解释说明了乳制品供应链系统的自组织性及其协同演化机理;分别从乳制品供应链系统演化的条件和动力来解释乳制品供应链系统向耗散结构的过渡。当乳制品供应链系统的外部环境稳定时,乳制品的创新研发能力不断增加可使得系统的阈值不断增加,当突破其系统零界值时,实现向耗散结构的的过度,系统由无序走向有序;在乳制品供应链系统的外部环境因素及乳制品的创新研发力两者的共同作用下,乳制品企业的盈利能力及生产技术水平呈现出有序的变化。通过定性分析后,利用协同学来对乳制品供应链系统的演化的具体过程进行定量刻画。在众多的状态参量中,弛豫系数小的状态参量称为序参量,是主导系统发生演化的主要指标。因而,通过建立协同模型,来寻找出序参量是研究工作中重要的一步。通过对乳制品供应链系统的分析,选定13个序参量,利用近六年来的数据进行观察研究,通过对数据的无量钢化处理及利用协同模型对序参量进行求解后,得出乳制品的产量水平、乳制品的销售收入、原料奶的产量和原奶单产水平和人均乳制品的消费支出作为主导乳制品供应链系统的序参量支配着乳制品供应链系统的协同演化。五个序参量分布在乳制品供应链系统的四个子系统中,分别支配着系统的协同演化。在找出各个子系统的序参量后,建立起系统序参量势函数模型来对乳制品供应链系统的演化路径的特征进行刻画分析,求解出系统演化发展过程中的拐点,最后通过对系统及系统内个子系统进行协同度的评价,对各个子系统的有效协同进行分析,得出乳制品销售环节协同度最低,原料奶生产环节协同度随整体较高但波动浮动较大。最后,针对各个子系统及序参量,提出促进乳制品供应链系统协同演化的建议。本文的不足在于未对乳制品供应链系统的耗散结构做定量的深入分析,在系统失稳突变的过程分析上缺乏较为具体的定量分析模型。

Therefore, through the establishment of a coordination model, to find out the order parameter is an important step in the research work.
