长虹电子部品公司ERP-PPCO软件系统改进的设计与实现

【摘要】:四川长虹电器股份有限公司算是国内较早推行SAP项目的国企。随着时间的发展,十数年过去了,部分产品公司开始发现新的问题与提出新的要求,其中长虹电子部品公司(原电子器件公司)在经营过程中,对物料计划、采购、生产、成本、销售的操作模式比较老化,不能够很好的掌控企业的各种业务发展,财务核算方面存在待完善之处。因此长虹电子部品公司准备基于中国家电市场环境的现状以及公司未来发展规划,公司领导层、管理层各级领导对管理深化的需要,进行对基础数据、供应链进行全面的管理流程优化。本论文以电子部品公司ERP-PPCO软件系统的分析、设计、开发、测试和运维的全过程为研究对象,在研究过程中主要进行了以下几个方面的工作:(1)电子部品公司生产制造、成本管理业务及流程的研究。通过该公司业务流程的大量调研,收集到了系统的业务、数据、功能等方面的需求。在充分理解用户需求的基础之上结合软件开发基础知识,对生产制造、成本管理业务流程及数据流程进行了整理和设计。(2)系统架构的研究。调研该公司软硬件条件的情况,安全性以及用户数等因素,本系统根据ERP系统配置实现系统的便利性、有效性;由于使用系统的都是公司内部职员,因此系统的并发用户数能够得到有效地控制,最终保障了系统的稳定性。(3)对ERP原理的研究。它是整合了企业管理理念、业务流程、基础数据、人力物力、计算机硬件和软件于一体的企业资源管理系统。它能够合理的调配资源,从而实现管理现代化和经济利益。(4)关系型数据库的学习和研究。对目前市面上主流的Oracle、Sqlserver、Mysql、DB2等关系型数据库的功能、性能等因素进行了研究和对比。根据企业的实际情况采用DB2做为本课题的数据库管理系统。
[Abstract]:Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. is a relatively early implementation of the SAP project in the state-owned enterprises.With the development of time, more than ten years have passed, and some product companies have begun to discover new problems and put forward new requirements. Among them, Changhong Electronic products Company (formerly the Electronic Devices Company), in its business process, plans, procures, and produces materials.The operation mode of cost and sales is aging and can not control all kinds of business development well. There are some problems in financial accounting.Therefore, Changhong Electronics products Company is prepared to conduct basic data on the need for deepening management based on the current situation of the Chinese household appliance market environment and the company's future development plan.Supply chain overall management process optimization.This thesis takes the whole process of ERP-PPCO software system analysis, design, development, test and operation and maintenance as the research object. In the research process, we mainly carry out the following work: 1) the production and manufacture of electronic products company.Research on cost management business and process.Through a lot of research on the business process of the company, the requirements of the system such as business, data, function and so on have been collected.On the basis of fully understanding the requirements of users and combining with the basic knowledge of software development, this paper studies the production manufacturing, cost management business processes and data processes, and designs the architecture of the system.By investigating the conditions of the company's hardware and software, security and the number of users, this system realizes the convenience and effectiveness of the system according to the configuration of the ERP system.Therefore, the number of concurrent users of the system can be effectively controlled, and finally the stability of the system is guaranteed.It is an enterprise resource management system which integrates enterprise management idea, business process, basic data, manpower and material resources, computer hardware and software.It can allocate resources reasonably, so as to realize the study and research of management modernization and economic benefit.The function and performance of relational database such as Oracle SQL Server DB2 and so on are studied and compared.According to the actual situation of the enterprise, DB2 is adopted as the database management system of this subject.
