产品具差异的闭环供应链生产决策研究

【摘要】:闭环供应链管理已成为我国践行可持续发展的重要环节。关于闭环供应链管理中生产决策的研究,对制造企业如何在保护环境的前提下通过提高资源重复利用率来发展循环经济具有重要的现实意义,对实现我国“工业4.0计划”也具有推动作用。分析闭环供应链中不同情形下的生产决策问题,研究制造企业在各情形下的产能分配决策,有利于提高企业自身的竞争力和促进循环经济的发展。论文首先介绍了闭环供应链管理及生产决策的相关内容,在寡头垄断市场竞争环境下,通过利用博弈论和拉格朗日乘子法进行建模,讨论了制造商和再制造商在两阶段中的最优生产计划。总结了再制造品生产计划与价值折扣、废旧产品回收率之间的关系。为制造企业结合自身实际情况合理分配新产品、再制造产品的生产计划提供参照。其次,针对产品具有单向替代性情形下的闭环供应链生产决策问题,运用替代性理论,以制造商自身利润最大化为目标构建两阶段闭环定价、生产计划模型,研究制造商在考虑新产品对再制造产品具有单向替代情形下的最优定价和生产数量问题。在这一基础上利用数值仿真,分析替代性参数的变化对于定价和生产数量的影响,最终提出制造商应采用何种替代措施将有利于提高企业总体利润的建议。再次,针对产品具有双向替代性情形下的闭环供应链生产决策问题,利用产品间的相互需求替代性综合考虑新产品和再制造产品相互替代的四种情况并建立以利润为目标的生产计划模型,研究了制造商在该情形下的最优生产决策。在此基础上结合数值仿真,分析了制造商的最优生产量与两种产品之间替代性参数的关系,提出适用于制造商同时生产具替代性新产品和再制造产品时的生产决策建议。随着循环经济发展模式在我国的不断推进,对闭环供应链中生产决策问题的研究将从更多角度、更深层次的方面对其进行开展,探寻以更加符合实情的研究为我国制造企业的绿色发展提供可行性建议。
[Abstract]:Closed-loop supply chain management has become an important link in the practice of sustainable development in China. The research on production decision making in closed-loop supply chain management is of great practical significance to manufacturing enterprises how to develop circular economy by improving the resource reuse ratio under the premise of protecting the environment. It can also promote the realization of China's "Industry 4.0 Plan". This paper analyzes the production decision problem in different situations of closed-loop supply chain, and studies the decision of production capacity distribution of manufacturing enterprises under different circumstances, which is helpful to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the development of circular economy. Firstly, the paper introduces the related contents of closed-loop supply chain management and production decision. Under the environment of oligopoly market competition, the model is modeled by using game theory and Lagrange multiplier method. The optimal production plan of manufacturer and re-manufacturer in two stages is discussed. The relationship between the production plan of remanufactured products, the value discount and the recovery rate of waste products is summarized. It provides reference for manufacturing enterprises to reasonably distribute new products and remanufacture products according to their own actual conditions. Secondly, aiming at the production decision problem of closed-loop supply chain under the condition of one-way substitution, a two-stage closed-loop pricing and production planning model is constructed with the goal of maximizing the manufacturer's own profit by using the substitution theory. This paper deals with the optimal pricing and quantity of remanufactured products under the condition of one-way substitution of new products. On this basis, numerical simulation is used to analyze the influence of the change of alternative parameters on the pricing and quantity of production. Finally, the suggestion that what kind of alternative measures should be adopted by manufacturers will be helpful to increase the overall profit of enterprises is put forward. Thirdly, aiming at the closed-loop supply chain production decision problem with two-way substitution, Taking into account the four situations of new products and remanufactured products replacing each other, a profit oriented production planning model is established to study the optimal production decision of manufacturers in this case. On the basis of the numerical simulation, the relationship between the optimal production of the manufacturer and the alternative parameters between the two products is analyzed, and the production decision suggestions suitable for the manufacturer to produce both new and remanufactured products are put forward. With the development of circular economy in our country, the research of production decision-making in closed-loop supply chain will be carried out from more angles and deeper aspects. To explore more in line with the reality of the study for the green development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to provide feasible advice.
