【摘要】：随着中国经济的快速发展,迎来“十三五”的关键时期,供给侧结构性改革和全面深化改革逐步推进,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,然而企业的竞争逐渐转换为供应链之间的竞争。供应链是集资金流、信息流、物流为一体的链条结构。供应链中所处的企业规模参差不齐,实力良莠不齐,面对蓬勃发展的市场经济融资难的问题显现无疑,外部融资环境的特殊性部分是由社会主义市场经济决定的,经济体制在面临快速发展的市场出现不适应性及滞后性。因此,对于融资风险把控比较严格,造成融资对象的选择上比较谨慎。这样很多需要融资的企业无法融到所需资金,然而供应链融资恰好可以有效的解决这一问题。供应链融资以供应链为基础,借助链条上游、中游、下游企业的关系为解决企业资金短缺、融资难的问题带来新的思路和理念。本文在基于供应链融资理论为基础,以A企业为研究对象,通过文献研究法、案例分析法和比较分析法提出适合A企业自身情况的供应链的全链式委托加工融资方案并进行分析研究。本文主要分为五部分:第一部分为导论,阐述了供应链融资的研究背景和意义,以及目前国内外的研究现状;第二部分介绍供应链融资的相关理论;第三部分介绍了A企业的现有融资状况,并构建适合A企业自身状况的供应链融资模式;第四部分分析了应用供应链融资的预计效果,完善了供应链融资并提出相关建议;第五部分对供应链融资的结论阐述及相关的展望。本文通过对A企业的现有融资状况进行分析,提出适合A企业的供应链委托加工融资模式,并分析了应用该模式影响,为解决企业融资难的困境提供了方法和思路。供应链融资在我国经济转型的关键时期,为各行业的结构重塑和产业发展带来了机遇和挑战,使的中小企业的融资难问题有一定程度的改善,进而促进了产业链的发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the crucial period of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the supply-side structural reform and the overall deepening of the reform have been pushed forward step by step, and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce. However, the competition of enterprises is gradually transformed into the competition between supply chains. Supply chain is a chain structure that integrates capital flow, information flow and logistics. The size of the enterprises in the supply chain is uneven and the strength is intermingled. In the face of the booming market economy financing difficulties, the particularity of the external financing environment is partly determined by the socialist market economy. Economic system in the face of rapid development of the market inadaptability and lag. Therefore, the financing risk control is more strict, resulting in the choice of financing objects more cautious. However, supply chain financing can effectively solve this problem. Supply chain financing is based on supply chain, with the help of the relationship between upstream, middle and downstream enterprises, it brings new ideas and ideas to solve the problem of shortage of capital and difficulty of financing. Based on the supply chain financing theory, this paper takes A enterprise as the research object, through the literature research method, Case analysis method and comparative analysis method put forward the whole chain principal-processing financing scheme of supply chain suitable for A enterprise's own situation and carry on the analysis and research. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, elaborated the research background and significance of the supply chain financing, as well as the present domestic and foreign research present situation, the second part introduces the supply chain financing related theory; The third part introduces the current financing situation of enterprise A, and constructs the supply chain financing model suitable for the situation of A enterprise, the fourth part analyzes the expected effect of the application of supply chain financing, improves the supply chain financing and puts forward relevant suggestions. The fifth part is the conclusion of supply chain financing and related prospects. Based on the analysis of the current financing situation of enterprise A, this paper puts forward a suitable financing model of supply chain entrusted processing for A enterprise, and analyzes the influence of applying this model, which provides a method and train of thought for solving the difficulty of financing. Supply chain financing has brought opportunities and challenges to the restructuring and industrial development of various industries in the critical period of economic transformation in China, which has improved the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises to a certain extent and promoted the development of industrial chain.
